Perfect sweaters
These are my favorite sweaters. I own the same one in 6 colors. They last well without pilling. I can wash them at home with Woolite and the gentle handwash cycle on my machine and then air dry. They are comfortable in a wide temperature range. They are excellent for travel since they do not look wrinkled or rumpled after suitcase time. They are super soft and comfortable. Thank you for attention to consistent quality.

I love the color and the sweater is very soft, but it started to pill the second time I wore it. It’s also a bit thin, maybe not as noticeable with some of the other colors, but the light pink was close to see-through.

Love the color and it fit fine, but the cashmere sweaters of the past couple of years (I have several) just do not hold up and lack warmth. Thin, pill, and develop holes easily. The design and specs seemed to change when LLB switched countries of manufacture.

Lovely, warm & soft
I have several of these cashmere sweaters now, as I find them to be extremely versatile and a great quality, even after several washings. They are absolutely lovely, warm, and soft. I am 5' 7" and about 155 lbs. Arm length can sometimes be an issue for me, so I opt for a Medium Tall if I expect to wear this beneath another top, such as a cardigan or shacket. Alternatively, I will order a large if I plan to wear a turtleneck or base layer beneath it.

I received this sweater as a Christmas present, but returned it. It was so sheer as to be see through. I was very disappointed in the quality. I usually order from a competitor, but LL Bean had the color that I had requested. I could not wear this sweater without wearing another shirt underneath. Did not meet my expectations. The fit and color were fine.

Thanks for the tall cashmere sweaters!
I love cashmere sweaters and deeply appreciate LLB offering tall women's sizes! This is a beautiful sweater, although I notice some colors run a bit shorter in the arms and length than others. Weird. I like the range of colors, but I'd also like to see some more neutral tones, especially beige and taupe.

Not what I expected of L.L.Bean
I am a lifetime loyal customer who prefers the classic styles and quality of L.L.Bean. Unfortunately, this purchase was highly disappointing due to the poor quality of this sweater.
I could literally see through this garment when I tried it on after receiving it by postal delivery.

Please Bring the Old Version AND the Cardigan
I have owned a few of these over the years and have LOVED them. They were pretty much the perfect cashmere sweater and the price was reasonable. I went to buy more and was incredibly disappointed. They are now so thin that there are certain colors that you can see right through and the prices has gone up significantly. I understand prices are going up with everything, but here the quality went down more significant than the price hike.

So disappointed!
I was so excited to get another one of these sweaters. I bought one in grey, size small, not quite 2 years ago. Ordered a small in navy this month. It is NOT the same sweater!! Nowhere near as soft, so thin I could see the weave though the light. The sleeves were also 2 inches too short. I don’t even dare to order a different size or color. The quality is just not there for the price- I honestly wouldn’t pay $20 for this at a big box store. It makes me very sad, because I would have honestly have bought one in every color of it was as nice as my previous one! Really LL Bean , I expect more from you!!

big disappointment
this cashmere sweater has no redeeming features. It is very thin and feels cheap. The sizing is way off. I am very disappointed because I bought the same cashmere sweater in another color last year from LLBean and there is no comparison to the quality and sizing.
