This is a must get!
The shirt is light, comfortable, breathable and versatile. I wear it playing pickle ball and for casual wear. The blue color is a nice shade. I have one in a mint green color as well.

Good shirt, runs big imo.
I bought this for vacation travel but have not worn it yet. But, it appears to be well made and it is very comfortable. The arm length is great. The XL recommended by the sizing app was much too large. Then I tried a large. Again too big. Medium is just right.

Women’s tropicwear roll-up shirt
I love this shirt. It fits well and is very comfortable. I agree with other reviewers that it would look better without the large L.L. Bean script logo. If there has to be some branding, I prefer the smaller classic Bean lake logo.

Is Putting LL Bean on Clothing Really Necessary?
My wife loved the shirt I purchased, but she would have liked it far better without the LL Bean name on it. We are not fans of clothes that advertise their brand. For outerwear such as windbreakers or coats, it's fine, but for casual shirts or blouses, it's totally unnecessary. In the future, we will ask about any LL Bean logo or name on clothing we consider purchasing.

Logo solved
The shirt was perfect for all the reasons I bought it - comfortable while protecting me from insects and sun in high heat and humidity on the biggest river in South America. (My initial attempt at this review used the name of that river, and the review was rejected by Bean's AI apparently assuming I was talking about a large company.) The shirt looked fresh throughout. I read reviews of it before buying and saw many comments on the big logo. I also am not happy being a walking commercial for anyone, even a company whose products I like. I bought iron-on appliques and covered the logo on both shirts I bought as well as one of the 2 my husband bought. Problem solved and we both got compliments on the appliques (blue butterflies).

HUGE LOGO on front of shirt is a fatal flaw
I really loved the lavender colored shirt for my upcoming travel to Europe but the huge LLBean logo was a no go for me to purchase this. Please remove the logo from this shirt and I’m sure your sales would skyrocket.

Love everything but…
I love everything about this shirt but the collar. At first, it looked like the collar tips were tacked down with snaps. The “snaps” don’t release and I’m afraid to try too hard to unsnap them and tear a hole in the fabric. LLBean, are these collar tips permanently tacked down? If yes, why? Is something new in shirt design? In my opinion, the collar tips don’t need to be tacked down. I have many other casual LLBean shirts, e.g., seersucker, flannel. None have button down or permanently tacked down tips and work well.

I bought 3 to take to Costa Rica. I am 5’8” 152 lb. I bought a tall medium but I think regular wwoild have been fine. I wore with a tank top and I wasn’t too hot. But i have always worn long sleeves in hot Arkansas summers. I like these shirts.

Excited to use it, not happy w logo
Bought this as layering piece & to have a long sleeve shirt to wear out on evenings on vacation for basic to nicer dressing. Sun protection nice plus. I like it and will keep, but big logo limits the types of places I can wear it. If it has to be there, wish it were smaller and white on white.
