Looks very worn after one wash, extra long sleeves
Didn't like this and will be returning it. Washed as directed in cold water. Didn't seem to shrink much, but it the exterior part of it looked like I'd worn it 100+ times, and the inside felt scratchy. Am 5'7, about 150-160 #, and bought an XL. Fit ok, slightly on the looser side, but the sleeve length was extra long. Would not recommend buying.

The material pills
This is a comfortable, lightweight jacket but after the first wash I noticed pilling all over. By the second wash it looked bad. I tried a clothing shaver and that helped. This is the first item from Bean that I've had a problem with. It just doesn't measure up to their standards.

Staple of the back hall closet
Fits me well,(plus size) cozy, washes well (some fleeces pill or shed a lot, not this one) zipper sturdy and works well. Does not seem to catch lint and hair as easily as most fleece. I would consider another color.

Soft and comfy, but fabric doesn’t hold up well.
This product does not have the expected quality that comes with all LLBean products. LLBean products have a great reputation for high quality and comfort. This is a lightweight fleece cardigan, is soft and comfortable to wear when looking for a light coverup, not a heavy fleece or sweater. It is made with both cotton and polyester, which is good in my opinion. However, I have had this fleece cardigan for less than one month, have not been wearing it daily, but the fabric has pilled quite a bit in a very short time, mostly happened on both sleeves, some parts around the bottom of the cardigan as well as some pilling along seams. This is comfortable but now shabby looking, will not be wearing this anymore.
