Warmth & great fit, all in one!
This was a Christmas present for my husband, and he could not be more pleased with it! The fit is great (Medium-Tall), true to size, and very comfortable. The fleece lining provides an extra level of warmth that he likes. Overall, the shirt is well made, the plaid is aligned correctly, front & back, and buttons and fittings are secure. He is already considering additional purchases of this shirt. It's perfect for cold winter wear.

Quality has slipped
I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He has the same shirt, purchased several years ago. Everything about this new shirt is just less. It is substantially lighter, fabric is thinner. The quality is just not what it should be. Disappointing.

iShrinkflation Strikes Again
This is the third fleece-lined flannel shirt I have purchased, but it does not match the quality of earlier versions. The shirt is not as thick and cozy. Also, earlier versions had chest pockets large enough to button over a good sized cell phone so one could bend over without having their phone fall out, but this version barely buttons over my little iPhone SE. People with larger phones will not be able to securely carry their phones in the chest pocket.

Get this, you won’t be sorry!
I bought this for lazing around house on cold days. This is the warmest garment and so soft. I have been liking the shearling lined shirts, instant warmth, but this shirt does just that without the bulk. It is slightly bulky but perfect for layering. Even has pockets. This is the perfect shirt for in-activity while watching TV. Would definitely buy another. Traditional fit is a little large around waist will try a fitted one next time.

A great (warm) shirt
My husband has this shirt and has worn it near daily for at least five years. An outdoor guy, the wrist cuffs are ragged, and the back of the shirt is faded. So, he's getting this new one for Christmas and my only ponder is how to pry his hands off the old one. Just kidding, he'll be delighted with the new one as it's the same shirt but in an even better plaid! Thanks, LL Bean!

Appreciated early gift
Purchased this jacket/shirt for my grandson who’s in from NY visiting. He loves his father’s shirt which is warm & comfortable when walking the dog in the early morning. my mom bought me one several years ago and I have worn the heck right out of it ,,it's thread wore,ripped in some spots but it's still warm and fits the same as it did new.

Not chopping wood any more, but do appreciate outdoor options with extra warmth, comfort and often mean no vest or coat for outside activities. This fits the bill--was worried it might be too bulky or hot, but kind of perfect for the "average" midwest winter day over a tee or by itself. Flannel is not LLB's best quality but tough enough for us leisure types. Side pockets are a bonus. Need to have 1 or 2 of these.

Nice heavy flannel, bigger than expected.
Decent heavy flannel, I was looking for something I could wear when it's chilly out but not real cold. The fit was bigger than expected, it was too wide and I'm an athletic build. I ended up returning.

Fleece lined comfort
I now own 3 of these fleece lined flannel shirt/jackets. I am female but buy the men’s because they run larger and have roomy side pockets. I like to wear them around the house in the winter. I have also bought them for my husband, sons and father. We all love them. They are warm, comfortable and hold up over time with many washes. I will buy more when the new colors come out.
