Disappointed in the price vs quality.
I recently purchased this after reading reviews without thinking to look elsewhere for a better value. I was disappointed that it arrived with a $65 price tag (still attached). I'm in Canada and was told that was the American price when I reached out to customer service and was advised that it should have been removed. They never responded to my follow up email. I feel bamboozled as I thought I was getting something worth paying over $115 (with an added 15% tax) not something worth about $30-$40 if they are only charging Americans $65 for it, assuming they are making a profit off of this item. Quality of customer service was poor and I've clearly overpaid simply for being Canadian.

It carries twice the volume of wood that an armful can. Leather handles are soft and easy to hold a full load. The wires sides struts provide structure for the load. I love this gift from my wife!
