Long Term Investment
Is what these boots are. The most comfortable warm, long lasting boots ever. I am still wearing a pair I bought over 20 years ago. I bought a new pair a few years ago before the price hikes went into effect, but Ive only wore them a few times, saving them for when my original pair finally wears out, if ever. Im 70 years old, so Id guess Im set for life with Bean Boots!

Disappointed
I would have liked to buy a narrow, but Bean seems to have discontinued narrow... very disappointing. The boots are made with a creepy stain on the end of the hairs of the shearling fur; the fur should have been left in a natural color.

Great boot!
They do run big and I went up a size bigger. Half size would have been best if I need to get some thick socks. Boot feels warm and comfortable. Snow is coming next week so I’m excited!

Great Boots!
Great boots…no wear-in needed with the leather uppers…that tumbled leather is so comfortable and supple. I’ve warn the boots in cold temperatures (near zero) and with good socks they are very warm and comfortable.

They are simply wonderful boots. I had a pair of unlined Bean boots before. My feet would get a little cold if I was outside for a very long time. With these shearling lined boots, I can paint winter landscapes while seated for many hours in the snow. My dad and my grandfather both wore lined Bean boots, and I have never found anything better myself.

the only part of boot that is shearling lined is the top leather part. There is ZERO shearling where the rubber is, and not even a shearling insole.

Super Comfortable
I wear a 9 wide shoe. The 9 medium boot fits perfectly. I wear them without socks on my morning walk with my dog. They are the most comfortable Bean boot yet. As the sales clerk said they run a bit large. That is probably true but the width of my foot offsets this. They are perhaps a tad long but all my foot feels is support and comfort. I love the 10" height as the supple leather wraps around my ankle providing the support. Very well done LL!
