So pleased with these socks.
Thank you, LLBean, for making these socks available again without a logo. The Coal Snowflake Fairisle pattern is very fun to wear with skinny jeans and Chelsea bean boots, which are also great this year in the new blue color. It's been probably a couple of years since I've gotten these socks because I didn't like the logo, and I am happy to report that they still fit the same and are as comfy as always. They keep my feet warm and look great under boots when you can see the top of the socks, and they feel so luxurious as sleep socks. There was no option for XX-Small on the dropdown for this review. But I wear a 6 women's shoe and got the XX-Small, and they fit perfectly.

They are okay.
I finally ordered these and like them enough to keep them. They are slightly tight across the top of my ankle/foot but would be too long if I sized up. Overall I like them.

Couldn't get these sox on my women's size 11 foot. Back they go. IF I could get them on? They'd be waaaay tooo tight around the ankle. Too bad! I LOVE Buffalo plaid. And REALLY WANTED these to work. I got a M and NO WAY will they go.....I have no clue what they did to these? I have 2 other pr from yr back and they fit like a glove.

If I Could Give Zero Stars I Would
Unfortunately, I bought two pairs and washed them as directed prior to wearing. I would have thought that the quality would be the same as similar socks that I have purchased here in the past. Nope. Had to fight with them to put them on and take them off and they were not even comfortable when they were on. Material also felt cheap. I guess that they will be going into the trash. What a waste of money. They are not recommended.

WOW! These were a surprise!
I have been buying these socks for many years. I wear them as slippers, so I tend to buy one size up but not always. And a good thing I did too! The opening for the foot was so tight I suspect I would not be able to get my foot in with my normal size. I also note the BIG LLBean label on them. Not a fan of advertising on my clothes. So I am sorry to see the previous brand gone. And I will not be buying these again.

Great Warmth - Bad Sizing
I bought these socks because according to the description they were exactly what I wanted. Even though they were perfect in every way except size. I wear a size 12 shoe and purchased the XL Socks had a great deal of trouble getting them on and even more trouble getting them off. I suggest that LL Bean be a bit more generous in the sizing of their products.

Flawed design, alas!
The heel diagonal on the foot last is defective. With a size 11 foot I could not get a large size fleece sock over my heel. The quality of the sock is perfect as is the overall look. But it didn’t fit a normal size foot, alas.

Great socks
Bought these last year, and they are great. I don't wear them with shoes, just around the house, because even when the house is warm enough, my feet stay cold. They aren't itchy, and they keep my feet warm without making them sweat. I wear women's size 6.5 and the XXS is a perfect fit. I'm buying another pair now because I wear them so much, there's a hole in the bottom. NOT a quality issue, they have held up nicely, considering how often I've worn them the last year.
