Pricey but good fit
Expensive for a thin shirt, but I like the design, the cotton, and the petite fit was great. It's somewhat figure hugging but not tight. Wish it came in pale pink or mauve.

Be aware of shrinkage issues
I like the style, material and warmth generally. I had to donate the 3 I bought a couple years in my usual XLpetite size because they get shorter and shorter with each laundering. Shirts at my waist are not flattering, appropriate for a 72-year old, or warm—and a garment that shrinks so badly is not a good value. I recently re-ordered one in a XLregular and will and wash and wear for a season to see how short it gets before purchasing more. Shrinkage is my experience with all of LLBean tops and I don’t order petite sizing from them any longer.

Classic waffle knit henley
This is nice and soft. Shrinks a little upon laundering. Button placket is challenging, as buttons are smaller than they look. It is definitely for a more casual look than I had intended.

It's a great shirt!
I wear a petite size. I like that the sleeves don't hang over the tips of my fingers. But the shirt body is a bit short. I will see if over time it shrinks. I love the color and the feel of the shirt. I plan to wear it often.

Fabric failed
Wore this shirt twice, washed in Woolite and low heat dry. After the second wash, I noticed two holes in the front where the fabric gave out. This was a definite failure of the fabric. I inspected the other Henley's from LL Bean, and found similar places where the fabric is so thin you can see through it. I buy similar from Cabela and thought I'd try LL Bean. Doubt I'll be buying these, or tops with similar fabric, again.
