No problems here!
I like the new felt pocket for glasses and phone and also the less complicated layout of the backpack. I dislike backpacks with too many slots and pockets and hidden accesses. I never use them all and it overcomplicates the organization. I had no problem fitting my computer into the back slot and I also fit my computer lap desk which is even larger than the computer. Not sure why other reviewer had problems. I had to angle the lap desk, but it went right in. Only complaint is straps seem a bit stiff but I am quite sure that will go away. This is a LARGE compacity backpack. Larger than I anticipated so it does hold a lot!
