Petite is too long!
I ordered a petite size because I'm 5'2". , the top height for this size. However, they are many inches too long. I was hoping to avoid reheming them. Otherwise they fit quite well.

Soft and Classic
This is good quality corduroy. The cut isn't ideal for me, though; it's a little baggy around the outer upper thigh and seat. I have it in a larger size in a rich medium grey. I may ask a tailor the price of altering it, as it's hard to find women's cords!
