This is an addition to several other pairs of LLBean boots I have. I wear these to bathe my horse and they are perfect in keeping my feet dry. I keep another pair in my car and two pair at home for wet rainy conditions. I have worn LLBean boots forever and I can’t say enough good things about them!!

Love my new Bean boots
Terrific boot. Great fit and perfect gardening shoe. I am usually snug in a 7 1/2 medium width, but often need either an 8 or 7 1/2 wide. I wear thick socks when I garden. I went to the store to try on the size 7and it fits exactly the way I want it to fit. I've worn it in the garden every day since purchase and I love 'em.

These Boots Rock!
I own and love a pair of the rubber moccasin version of Bean Boots (my primary gardening shoe), so I immediately chose the 6" boots when I needed something for birding expeditions. No more sopping wet feet--I even forded a shallow stream in these--and better protection against ticks. Totally comfortable from the first wearing, even with my wide feet and a bunion. I totally recommend these boots!

Midnight Rain
I recently attended the Taylor Swift Rain Show at Gillette Stadium (IYKYK). It wasn't just a few Teardrops On My Guitar kind of rain, it was Treacherous. Mother Nature was looking for Revenge! I was dancing like a Mad Woman on the Holy Ground, I mean really Shaking It Off for over 3.5 as the rain got Crazier. In my Wildest Dreams, I did not think my boots would Tolerate the water but my feet stayed Safe and Sound. These boots are a true Love Story, they really are The 1 and I had The Best Day. As for all the other boots in my life We Are Never Getting Back Together.

After only about a month of wearing this boot, a stick punctured a hole in the side of the boot and cut my foot, left a bruise. I would have expected it to stand up to a twig. I returned the boots, thankful that was easy to do and purchased a different type of boot.

Comfortable Fit, Low Cut, Waterproof & Cool
I was worried reading some reviews about the stiffness of these boots - I bought 1 size down and wide, they fit perfectly. They are somewhat stiff but that shows the quality of the leather, wearing them with thick socks makes them easy to break in and I’m excited to farm in these boots.
I like them as an alternative to full on rubber boots especially when it’s hot but the soil is still muddy.
And wow made in USA, great to see big companies staying true to their values!

I first bought a less expensive brand, but could not get them on at all (high instep). Returned them and bought these, following Bean's sizing guide. Perfect fit. I have worn them for several hours at a time in muddy conditions; they are consistently comfortable.

Great boots
I bought several pairs of name-brand boots for snow days. None of them were good. They were all leaked. This pair is the only one that has no water stains or leaks. I was able to wear wool socks and keep my feet dry. Later I bought another pair for my kid.

The insole on these was not comfortable for me but otherwise I love them so much. It was easy to pull out and replace with one from the drug store. Fixed the problem for me.

Great boots
Very good quality boots. I’m usually a size 10. After trying on on the store, I went with a size 9 and it fits quite well with a medium to thin sock which is my preference. 9 1/2 really would’ve been better, but the 10 was definitely too big and they don’t do half sizes which is unfortunate. With insulated L.L. Bean boots, I wear my usual size 10. A bit expensive, but a very good investment in my opinion as these feel like they will last for years to come.
