Versatile Must Have Slippers
I've been buying these for years. I wear them when traveling for quick security screening at airports, when running out to check my mail in cold weather. Inside my apartment to clean and just for lounging. They're like shoes only way more comfy. I wear them all year.

Opening too small
This was to replace an old pair of these much loved slippers . The opening was so small I could barely get my foot in them. The construction of the front of the slippers is different from the old ones and does not allow much give around the opening. The material seems much the same as the old ones. Unfortunately I will send these back and continue to look for a replacement elsewhere.

Not enough support
The sides of the slippers provide no support. My foot slides off the soul of the slippers as a result. These do not have enough support for my feet. Otherwise, they are warm and beautiful.

Improvements needed
I wanted to loved them. So much that I hung onto them for a couple of months to know how I truly felt about them. Every time I tried on, I realized they were too wide for my feet and no support around my ankles. The insole is narrow so my foot would slide from side to side. Loved the look of them and nice material but ended up returning.

Slippers
I've always worn LL Bean slippers for over 45 years usually the ones with higher pile and rubber soles. This year because of medical issues I bought a different style. They were easy slide on/off but I started noticing my foot was walking sideways instead of straight and I felt it was a little dangerous. And they have no sole. I still wear them but not as much. However. I have always purchased all of my slippers from LL Bean and will continue to do so!!!

Great quality, so narrow
I ordered my true size, 7 and these are so narrow for my very medium/regular width feet. Sad to see they don't come in various widths, it felt like sliding on an uncomfortable high heel. Can't afford to go up a size because the length would be way too long.

Wicked Best Slippers!
I have a 90-year old house. In winter, frigid air sneaks in and settles on the floor in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. These wicked good slippers have been answer to my quest for warm ankles and feet! Not only do they keep my feet warm, they cushion them beautifully. I could not ask for a better slipper.

I want to love these…
It is hard to find a booty style leather slipper with a real fleece lining. The first pair I got was from a competitor that no longer carries them. I wore them almost daily for 8 years until it was just foot on leather as they wear so comfortable. We try not to have shoes in my home, so it’s slippers, socks or bare feet. This version from LLBean is an ok replacement. I’ve had 2 now. They are warm even in mid-winter with no socks. But there are 2 things that could be improved upon. First, the oversown edge on the sole can catch, fray and start to unravel. That is hard to fix. Second, the fleece lined sole seems to have an inserted plush lining but it doesn’t extend for the entire width of the sole. The inserted sole drops off as it gets close to the seam making it feel like you are slipping out of your slipper when you shift weight or suddenly turn while walking. Plus you end up walking on the hard sewing. This is made worse if you are wearing socks while wearing the slippers. A cleaner edge like those in the picture is so much nicer to walk in. Really..people who buy slippers like these care about comfort and warmth, not a decorative trim. Picture is of my old trusted slippers that I love.

Excellent quality, marked size is too small.
These are very comfortable slippers but they run a whole size small. They don't have half sizes. I sent back a size 8 and ordered a size 9. Even then they were comfortable but snug. Excellent quality.

Most comfortable slippers Ever
I have been wearing my new slippers for a few weeks now and remain impressed, Beyond impressed. They are truly, sincerely the most comfortable, warmest slippers I have ever worn and where I live winter temps often get down to single digits and below. My feet stay warm even without socks. Unheard of, unreal, amazing. They are also classically attractive.
They are soft and seem Very well made. The stitching looks strong and like it will last forever. I intend to order another pair to keep in my truck for when I visit friends and remove my shoes or boots.
In short, I LOVE these slippers and will Not, Ever, wear anything else. Thank you LL Bean.
