Nice Turtleneck for Winter
I wear turtlenecks in the winter under another shirt, so I buy the turtleneck in a small petite and the outer shirts in a small regular. Works pretty well, but it would be better if the turtlenecks didn't shrink.

Great Shirt except for the neck
The neck on this beautiful turtleneck is so tight it is super hard to get on and not at all comfortable. It's going back. I'm disappointed. Shirt sizing was accurate except for the too tight neck. And the color is beautiful.

Wonderful Wardrobe Staple T-neck
Reliable Turtleneck. Fit is still a little boxy but I wear these with sweaters or jackets in the cold weather. Like the substantial cotton knit that doesn’t cling. Washed well. Haven’t found a better basic product.

I haven’t worn a turtle neck shirt for many years, but wanted to look into getting a couple of them for my winter wardrobe after losing weight. Great Turtle Neck
This came in many colors. I picked a cranberry red color. It is heavy duty cotton that is very soft and comfortable. The turtle neck fits like a glove and the top is true to its size. Very becoming, LLBean has done it again. Total quality and a pleasure to wear.

Shrinks up to nothing
I have bought LL Bean Turtlenecks for years, but the last two years have been awful. Although I am an LL Bean size small/medium, I buy these in a large for ease. Even the large have shrunk with normal washing so that the sleeves are too short and the neck is to tight. I have some LL Bean Turtlenecks that are over 10 years old and fit fine, so something has changed. Really disappointed!

Shrinking turtlenecks
I have been purchasing LLBean turtleneck and mockneck shirts for many years. Although I don't put them in the dryer and always wash them in cold water, they shrink up several inches. My daughter has had the same issue with hers, so I purchased the Tall turtlenecks with hopes we won't have the shrinking issue again. I've not had this issue with any other Bean products. The quality of the material is outstanding and I've never had a problem with the colors fading. It's just the shrinking I have an issue with.
