Excellent and Exceptional!
I bought two pairs of these corduroy pants last month. They are the BEST corduroy pants I have ever owned! They fit on the waist. Yay! No slouching half way down your bottom. Nice, straighter fitting leg without being tight. Classy. Slight flare at the bottom of pant leg. Vintage looking. Quality material. Nice colors! Loved the pretty pink and the lovely shade of blue. Soft, stretchy and absolutely comfortable. Hope these are back in the catalog again in the fall. I would certainly get two more pair. Best pants ever!

They stay up!!!
It's hard to find pants that actually come up to the waist and then stay there. I was pleasantly surprised to find that these did both. I have some similar corduroy pants from another company that start the day fitting like these but end it trying to sag to my knees. These stayed up all day, even with my phone in my pocket. They stretch enough to sit comfortably too. Another happy surprise was that they were actually long enough. Most plus sized pants are an inch or so shorter than I'd prefer. These where almost too long. The boot cut leg is ok, but neither a pro or con for me. And, the icing on the cake...I fit into a size smaller than normal. So consider ordering down if you're in doubt.
I would definitely buy these again, especially if there were more colors. Maybe a dark navy, chocolate brown, burgundy, and an olive green?

Stretch High Rise, Boot Cut Corduroy Pants
I really like these high rise corduroy pants - I bought them in the soft taupe and also denim blue. I prefer high rise because I am short-waisted, and these fit very well in a size 2. They are soft and comfortable and I look forward to wearing them through the Spring. The fit seems true to size.

Nice pants, but…
These pants are really nice but check the size chart before buying. I typically buy a size 27/4. This size was too tight in the waist but when Ai checked the size chart the waist measurement was less than a 27 so they were too tight. I reordered a size 6 and they fit great. So…look at the size chart!

Comfortable corduroy pants
These pants fit to a “T”. I love the little bit of stretch they have too. They fit true to size. I’m 5’1 weighing 115 pounds, ordered size 6 petite. I only wish they had the blue, out of stock.

Stylish and true to color
I bought this a month ago. They fit well initially and I like the style. The blue color is lovely and I really like these cords. However, I do not like the stretchy fabric in these, which seems to be in all jeans these days. They stretch out while wearing. I also do not like the shorter front pockets, which I also found in my most recent Beans jeans purchase. They are too small to be of much benefit.

Small pockets, tightish fit, otherwise ok
The pockets are way too small, which is disappointing as I normally appreciate LL Bean’s roomy, functional pockets. No way you could fit a phone, and I might even feel insecure about keys staying secure. The pants are a bit tight in the bottom and thighs—but not uncomfortably so due to the spandex contact. I just hope they don’t shrink in the wash. Comfortable overall, but the pockets are a big negative for me.

The description of the pants said high waisted but in the fit section it says, sits at the waist. The colors were so gorgeous, I ordered. Unfortunately, it was high waisted and very curvy. So I am sending them back.

Great Fit
It is a challenge to find a great fitting pair of pants and these cords fit the bill for me. I love the high waist and flare boot leg cut. This pants flatter my petite figure and are not too baggy or too snug. For reference I am 5"0 and weight is 100. petite 2 worked well for me. I ordered the blue color but will buying another pair since they fit so well. More of this cut please.

Maybe good if you have a thigh gap
These cords aren't great for those with thick thighs as the corduroy provides extra friction and grip...not a great feeling while trying to move through the world. Note that they also fit more snuggly in the butt and legs than other LLB pants/jeans in the same size but still gapped in the back of the waist. Returning.

Super wide leg bottoms
I love this corduroy and the fit. I got a size 8 petite. I find I always have to go a size up for LLBean, not sure why, so 8 was great. I criticize 2 things. One, the length was long for me and I and 5'2.5" but I hemmed them, not a big deal. Secondly, and more importantly, the flare of the leg was more like a bell bottom, not a boot cut. The leg width was huge and looked ridiculous on someone my height. Again, being handy with a sewing machine, I altered myself. I would have sent them back, but I can never find black corduroys.

Silent, Velvety Wale
The wale is so fine on these pants that it seems like velvet to the touch. They are super soft! Also, the wale is so fine that they don't make any noise when walking either. They are a fantastic pant.

Strange fit, runs small.
These are well made pants, the cord is a bit small making them look more like velvet pants. The fit is strange however, I wear a size 10 petite, I am 5'1" around 133 lbs and they were very tight especially in the inner thigh. I will be exchanging them for a 12, but I'm worried that size will be too big in the waist.

Hooray for corduroy pants!
It's impossible these days to find corduroy pants, much less in petite, so I was thrilled to see these. Typical for corduroy, I ordered one size bigger than usual and they fit perfectly. Leg openings were a bit wide but not too bad...sort of like bell bottoms "in the day". A warning: my black pair fit perfectly but not the blue ones I ordered in the same size. The blue seem roomier and tend to slip down from my hips so I have to keep hiking them up to keep them from being too long.

Great pants, great fit--undersized pockets
I love these pants. They fit like a dream and keep their shape through several wears. The material is nice and soft and has just enough stretch. My only complaint is the small pockets, my phone barely fits in the back pocket and sticks out the top.
