Everything I wanted!!!
I love the weight and warmth of this throw. I bought both the Chenille and the Sherpa, and I prefer the Chenille. It is heavier and it doesn’t shed like the Sherpa. I was concerned that it would slide off me as some reviewers mentioned, but it has remained comfortably on my shoulders as I’ve done house work and even taken the kids to school 😉 The sleeves are easy to fold up when I need them out of the way. I knew what I was getting based on the description of the item, and I’ve been very pleased!

Great Wearable Blanket
I have had other wearable blankets before, but this is by far my favorite. It has a nice weight to it and has kept out the winter chill when I'm at home! I love that it has a hood too so I can cover my head and ears up when they get cold at night. I'm about 5'4" an this throw comes down to just below my knees when I'm standing up. It's plenty big to cover up with when I'm on the couch or when I'm moving around the house. It's very soft too and I love the pockets for carrying items around with me that I might need!

I love this throw. So soft and cozy!
I purchased it to wear when I step out of the (heated) pool and into the chilly air. I haven’t used it for that yet but have enjoyed snuggling with it inside.
I showed it to my 11 year old grandson who fell in love with it. After curling up with it, he asked if he could have it. (Not something he usually does). Well, he didn’t get mine but I bought one for him for Christmas.

It's cozy, attracting interest and compliments. One/two concerns:
I live in a wonderful CCRC (continuing-care retirement community), Pennswood, in Newtown. While almost everything is available via indoor routes, we chose a one-floor apartment around an open courtyard, so there a covered but open to the outside walk of maybe 250 feet to the enclosed hallway.
I wanted a wrap easy to put on and take off, and warm, for brief dashes outdoors.. This is pretty close.
But I've just had knee surgery, am in a powered wheelchair during my recovery, and I worried the back section of the wrap could fall into the wheels. I was, anyway, thinking to join the back and front edges at the sides, either just at the wrists, or maybe most of the lengths, from just beyond the wrists down to the hem(s). Likely will do that; can easily unstitch it. And might put a button and loop at the neck, to help keep the hood, and the throw, in place.
It's a little gruesome to repeat, but Isadora Duncan died when her long neckscarf caught into the spoke wheels of a Bugatti sportscar.

So cozy and warm
Very generous size. So warm and cozy. Worth every penny. I will probably sew a little hook and eye at the neck. Would be nice to have some snap options under the arms in case I wanted to snap it along the side - I might add those too. This wearable throw is perfect for women who are hot then cold in bed. So easy to wrap it around you or open it back up for when you get hot later. I am just getting over being very sick and had the chills something awful - this nice warm throw was perfect to warm me and so soft and comfortable too. I feel it is worth every penny. I am 5' 2" and a size L/XL on top and a size XXL on bottom. This easily fit me and could fit a much larger person too.

Absolutely Love!
I bought this version and the cozy sherpa for myself and my boyfriend, and I am now adding several more to my cart to give as Christmas gifts this year. For anyone who does not like sleeves but would like to be cozy, I could not recommend this more. Both of us dislike bulky sleeves that get in the way of typing or writing, so this was the perfect solution to stay warm.
I am confused by the reviews saying that it is too large. If anything I thought it should be longer. It doesn't completely cover my lap when I'm sitting criss crossed, but I don't have an issue with it because anything bulkier would probably get in my way when I'm moving about the house. I'm 5'4 and the shortest part hits below my bum when I stand. My boyfriend is 6' and the shortest part almost covers his bum when standing.
If anyone is curious about differences in the fabrics between the cozy sherpa and this chenille version, I bought both to compare. I personally prefer the chenille version because it is very soft and it also looks more "formal" when I'm on a Zoom call because it's not as fluffy as the sherpa one. I hesitate sometimes with sherpa because I dislike the feeling of the fibers on some sherpa fabrics, but this is not one of those cases. The sherpa is so soft on both the original and the chenille, and I would say both are about equally warm. Have not washed either, so not sure about how it will hold up in the wash.

Perfect throw!

This had all the elements I was searching for: Soft fabric, not long so you won't trip on it, no actual sleeves so more free, had a hood to be more cozy, opened in the front so no going over your head, & good quality! Now I haven't washed it yet, so I hope the fabric doesn't get strange or hard to the touch. I also wish it came in at least a couple of more dark colors, like a dark purple, magenta, royal blue, etc. I think it makes a great gift too.
