112 years of excellence
Boots fit true to size. I wear merino hiking socks when I wear these boots and they are comfortable all day whether I'm on a gravel road, asphalt road or hiking through the woods. The Bean boot has been around for 112 years. You don't hang around that long unless you're high quality.

Couldn't be happier with this purchase!!!
I just got my size seven boots and I am an 8 and 1/2, here on the island of Kauai it is wet but not too cold as you can imagine since we are close to the equator. So thinner socks and no insulation needed. I just slipped them on and they honestly put this huge grin on my face. They fit great, look amazing and I am out the door to go show them off to my friends. I haven't seen too many people wearing them here on the Garden isle. Goodbye;
only a Bean Booter knows the feeling!!!

The Classic
I have had a pair of LL Bean gumshoes for over thirty years; and recently decided to purchase the classic 1912 Bean boot. The gumshoe is easy to slip on; but to get the full protection from heavy snows or deeper puddles I wanted these boots. They are made from quality materials, and they have a classic look that is timeless.

Time for new bean boots
The only boots I wear year round in Georgia! They are over 40 years old and I have gotten them resoled and leather repaired several times. I am only replacing them due to the leathers being rotten and unrepairable. Best boots made!!!

Sturdy Boots
These feel like very good quality boots, the leather is a bit stiff fresh out of the box, but they fit very well and look even better in person! I’m a size 8 and sized down to size 7 for the boots, they are very snug on the ankle and have good room for the toes. Looking forward to new adventures with these in the Carolinas!

Immaculate hand crafting
These boots are a nice spin on the classic bean boot. The brown color and quality leather gives a rich texture and the green feet gives them a little flare but not over the top. Immaculate hand crafted as always. The stitching on my boots and the seam between the leather top and rubber bottom is flawless on both boots.
