Light-Weight, But Cozy Enough
I love this Airlight jacket. I own it in 2 different colors. It is light-weight, not-bulky, but warm enough for a spring day or sitting in a cool room. The horizontal ribbed fabric adds a nice touch. I wish LLBean would make it in a cream or off-white color. I own some of the Airlight vests as well.

Love the colors
I gave this a 4 stars because the sleeves are very big compared to how the rest of it fits. It’s a very soft and sleek material. The chest and body fits good but the sleeves should be smaller for this size. Maybe that’s just my preference tho. It may have been made to be a little baggy so just keep this in mind. I ordered the purple and the teal, and even though the sleeves are baggy, I still kept them and wear them if that means anything.

A Fabulous Favorite Jacket
Love this Jacket! It is comfortable, breathable and perfect for daily wear both inside and outdoors. Love its' versatility, attractive clean lines and quality. Its' a wash and wear take it anywhere jacket. I now own three, one in black, green and my latest purchase is a beautiful blue that blends with just about anything and is great with jeans or like the others any type of pant. Highly recommend!

Liked it so much I bought two!
I live where it is very warm most of the year, but in the winter months it can get chilly. This is perfect for those times, and I bought two. One I keep in the car because sometimes the a/c is too strong in some buildings. Just light enough to warm you up.

Full zip was almost impossible to get started and the fabric felt thin, so I returned it. Not up to normal standards of LL BEAN. sorry to say that. Just my humble opinion.

So comfortable and easy to get the right temps
I ordered a slightly larger size than normal as I wanted it to fit looser. It is perfect. I tried it on in store. It is great to have the full zip so I can open it up if I get too warm and close the zip if I feel a draft. I sleep in the one I have like it that is a quarter snap . I love the weight and flexibility of this design. The color is fine but I realize I have more than one in this shade so, were I to choose another it would be a different color. This current color works with most casual events and clothes. In writing this review, I am having trouble with the submit button, is the review too short? I would recommend to a friend. Would be better without ll Bean label on chest.
I have two Airlight vests and a jacket. They are comfortable, colorful, and fun to wear. But I agree with many other reviews that have stated that the ll Bean logo on the chest is inappropriate and distracts from what otherwise could be a smart, up-scale jacket. If you absolutely have to advertise, put the label on the hem where it does not distract from what could be a high-class garment and not just a jacket to wear doing errands or going to the gym.

I bought this jacket 5 years ago for my daughter in small, it was a great jacket, the fabric stood well all this years. I recently purchased a new jacket for my daughter in small and in medium for me. They are so oversized, even the arms are disproportionately wide. I would have returned them but as soon asnI got them I washed them. What a disappointment!

I’ve gotten a lot of use from this light jacket during our Midwest spring weather (50-65 degrees Fahrenheit). I have noticed that it really breathes well and does not collect moisture inside when I go for vigorous walks and hikes like many of my other jackets do. This is my first piece of L.L. Bean outerwear, so I can’t say how it compares to other jackets from this company, but I found it ran larger than the knit shirts I’ve ordered. In Bean’s knit shirts I wear an XL, which fit me perfectly, but the XL in this jacket is very roomy even with a shirt or two layered beneath, and the sleeves are wide and so long they cover half of my hand. I really should have exchanged for a Large, but I needed it for a trip and didn’t have time. The zippered pockets are great - no worries about dropping my phone or losing my keys or AirPods. Another great feature is that it doesn’t wrinkle when I toss it over a chair or stuff it in a cubby at the gym.
