Perfect in every way
These are the best jackets for a number of reasons. As someone who has shoulder issues, I appreciate that they are not tight and the fabric doesn’t cling; I can wear them over a long sleeve top and not need help getting into or out of them. The fabric is lightweight but warm when needed but doesn’t overheat. It dries overnight when hand washed. These characteristics make the air light collection of pullovers, vests and jackets ideal for everyday use and especially for travel.
I have many of these products and find them to be long lasting, don’t shrink and don’t fade.
Although the colors are fun and vibrant, I strongly suggest that Bean regularly include the basic colors of black, navy, gray in all varieties of air light as well as any new colors.
My husband is also a fan of his vest, jackets and pullovers (all excellent for golf).

Love these!
Bought my first one of these 2 or 3 years ago and keep buying more, both for myself and for other family members. Everyone loves them. They are uniquely LL Bean and a wonderful alternative to traditional fleece. These "air light" tops stay the same through wash & wear. They are soft, don't pill, and they are warm but lightweight, they breathe better than other fleece and never feel too hot.

Pretty but fit is not for me
I’ve bought many pieces from LL Bean size large, which fit ok. This one I found fits too baggie to keep. Also, the sleeves are too long. It’s going back although it’s a pretty piece.

So Cozy
I got this for Christmas and haven’t wanted to take it off! its so cozy to put on and just use as an extra layer around the house. It’s super thin, which I like as an added layer. It doesn’t feel jacket like, in comparison to the LLBean fleece sweater zip up I usually wear.

Thinner than my last one
Solid item that’s a bit thin. I have two of these in a pullover which I love. This jacket is noticeably thinner material. Not sure if LLBeam is cheapening their designs or what, so it’s a fine jacket but thin.

Favorite lightweight jacket!
I first got the children’s version of these jackets for my young sons, who have worn them for 2 seasons now. I saw the women’s online and decided to try. Quickly became my go-to layer for this winter. It’s the perfect weight to throw on around the house or errands, and also layers well under my winter coat/vest. I prefer this over the fleece jackets, which can feel bulky and stiff. I would love a forest green color!!

Lightweight and great fit!
I ordered this jacket online in petite XS. I am 5 feet tall/110/34C. This jacket is a great fit for me in that it is not oversized feeling or looking and yet it is not too form-fitting. I use it mostly as a layering piece and because it is lightweight, I can wear it under most everything for an added layer. I would love to get it in other colors when they become available in my size. Highly recommend this one!

Perfect lightweight jacket -
Looks like the photo. It's a good lightweight jacket - I'm wearing it in the Florida "winter" but can easily be a layer under a heavier coat. The eggplant color is just like in the photograph.

Great except for the pockets
I love everything about this garment except the pockets. They are too hard to access, both because of where they're positioned and also because of the way too small and stiff zipper pull. With better designed pockets I would have bought this in every color.

Good in many ways, needs improvement
I bought this as a substitute for the LL Bean Fitness Fleece, full zip, which Bean apparently no longer makes. It is a good weight substitute for that jacket. However, there are a few issues, one that probably isn't something that can be fixed. The fabric is nice, and hangs well. But it is the sort of fabric that snags and runs easily, which of course wasn't an issue with the Fitness Fleece. I already have one snag on the right arm which mostly shows as a small hole, and can be sort of ignored. But this is hardly what I had imagined for the price and for a jacket which is, after just a couple weeks, already "old" because of the hole in it. I anticipate getting lots more holes as all I have done is worn the jacket around the house, not even doing chores, and a few times out to the grocery store.
Others have mentioned that the zippered pocket holes are a bit small. I agree. I have small to medium hands and can't clench my fist to get, say, a tissue or keys out of the pocket. I have to hold my hand with care to get my hand out while holding something. Empty I have no problem. I am also guessing that the pocket zippers will not hold up very long. The tabs are very stiff, for example, and may be prone to breaking.
While these annoying things are true, it is a very nice jacket. I am just disappointed for the reasons I mentioned above. You may find that it is perfect for you.
