These are Great!
These blankets are soft and flexible, but very tough. They take repeated washings without loosing their color or falling apart.

Good quality, but even size Large is very small
The large size is smaller than most standard dog blankets. Only about 3 feet by 3.5 feet. Quality seemed good. But returned, because this was too small for the armchair it was meant to protect.

poor value for the money
the same blanket(2) I purchased 20years ago was each about the same price, but about 3x the size. this 28x 36inch 'medium' size blanket is not worth the $75 price.

dog bed blanket
I gave a 2 only because of my own fault. did not register size measurement in my head. Had bought 3 for family members years ago. They love it "still". The large one fit the backseat of vehicle, both seat on backrest. Good section of couch. This one,I finally got for me barely fits half of backseat and not on backrest. Material is way lighter than the older ones. Do you still sell the older ones somewhere? I would still love to get one of those.

Great blanket but small for Rottweiler
Well-made blanket but I would like it offered in a 6'x6' size. I have a 100-pound dog and part of him is always hanging off of blanket. I bought to cover carpet because it much easier to wash a blanket than it is to have carpet cleaned.

No longer cotton on the fabric side
I bought two of these several years ago and have been very happy with them. I recently purchased two more. Unfortunately they have been cheapened - the fabric side is no longer all cotton and is instead a polyester blend. This makes it slick and it does not stay in place well when placed on fabric/soft surfaces. I now know to carefully read LL Bean product descriptions instead of assuming the same quality products are still being offered.

Great doggy blanket.
This blanket is used for doggy day care and the option to personalize it was great. The blanket is used in my pup's crate and he is able to snuggle with it during his naps. It had held up very well!

Disappointed
Disappointed is the best word I can think of to describe this dog blanket. We have an old blanket purchased from llbean in 1996. It’s still in use but getting a bit threadbare. The hope was to purchase a replacement. The disappointment is in the size and thickness of what was purchased as a large blanket. It was needed upon arrival but not the quality we’ve come to expect from our bean purchases.

Best ever!
I have bought this item multiple times over many years. I have both medium and large sizes. They wear wonderfully and have lasted through many dogs. I use them in crates, on the floor, in the yard, on furniture and in the back of our SUV. My dogs love them. One of my best LL Bean purchases ever. I think I have 6 of these!

I've had these dog blankets for years; this is just the most recent. So, they are durable! And can be used in many ways. I'm living in a space with engineered lumber floors, which are great unless you are an old dog, loosing strength in your back legs. She has to choose her path, and walk carefully between scatter rugs. When she's in her bed, her claws make a lot of scratching noise whenever she moves, so the blanket is perfect to deal with that. I've used these on a sofa, to designate the area where she can be, and under a desk for cozy curling up spot.
