Does not keep hot and lid leaks
Dissapointed in this. Got it for Christmas as a gift and it will not keep coffee hot and the lid leaks like a dribble cup. I even preheat the mug with hot water and by the 30 minutes it takes to get to work its cold. The lid leaks and when I reheat the coffee and pour it back in the mug, the lid blows off. It's a nice looking mug though

Lid pops off after filling with hot liquid
Great looking mug. The lid pops off after filling it with a hot liquid. The work around is to slide the sip thing on the lid so it’s open. If the lid screwed on, it would be perfect.

Not a good fit
I have standard-size cupholders, and this should fit. The first (and last) time I used it, tea sloshed all over the console when I made a turn. The handle sits a smidge too low to clear the top of the cupholder, so it has to be in the cutout part, which it was. The rounded bottom seems to be part of the problem- even empty, it moves around way too much. It is tipsy. This does not happen with mugs and water bottles we own. Disappointing design: a preventable problem with more attention to detail on LLBean's part. I bought one for me, one as a gift; both are going back.

I love the insulated mug !! The big thing with me is that will it keep warm and for how long.
I timed it and the coffee was warm 3 hours after ! I thought that was impressive and that's why I rate it 5 stars. It is also a light weight thermos.

Nice travel mug
Nice size, the handle is handy and it still fits in my car cup holder. The top just presses on but works fine, I like the fact that there are not a lot of difficulty to get to and clean parts in the lid. Made in China.

Too bad the lid will not securely stay on
I purchased one XL mug, but the lid was not secure. I exchanged the first mug for a second mug, hoping for a more securely fitting lid. Dissappointed a second time. If you plan on traveling out of the house with this mug, I cannot recommend it. On the positive side, it does keep beverages hot/cold for a long time, even when in advverse conditions. Too bad the lid is flawed, otherwise it would be 5-stars. A screw or twist top lid would fix the lid problem.

Great coffee mug
