At first we fell for the ultrasoft sherpa - it's amazingly plush and cozy. Then we tried it on - the inside feels just like your favorite sweatshirt! With breathable comfort so you won't overheat, this is sure to be your go-to layer for everything from yardwork to hikes to walks around town.

Looks nice, generous fit. Really a heavy sweatshirt that is not especially warm. I don't see this as outdoor gear but as a casual wear item. Quality is right.

So disappointed !
Yes, it is soft inside and out.
However, it is thin and baggy.
Used to be that "sherpa fleece" was burly and thick.
So sad.

Excellent quality fleece!
This fleece made a perfect gift! I was asked by my partner to get him a new pullover fleece for Christmas. After searching stores in NYC and finding low quality and/or ugly colors in the size I needed, I turned to LL Bean and found the Tumbled Sherpa in beautiful colors and guaranteed warmth. It has turned out to be an immediate hit!
