Really baggy/roomy and soft which is what I needed
I needed pants that would be roomy enough to fit a knee immobilizer after I had surgery. These fit the bill. They're really baggy/roomy which is what I needed, although my inseam is 32" and the pants are a little short, but if you're looking for style, these are the wrong pants, anyway. They are well made, they wash up nicely, are soft and don't wrinkle. Now, that the knee immobilizer is off, I wear them as pj's for colder nights, which are rare where live in California, or for mornings when I don't feel like getting dressed right away.

Comfortable sleep pants
These were perfect in size and length until they were washed. They shrunk when they were washed and are now too short. I let the hem out but they’re still too short. It was disappointing because it is hard to find a medium tall anywhere.

Extremely soft and comfortable, will shrink
These are the ideal weight, not too hot and not too cold. They're also extremely soft and comfortable. The problem is they shrink awkwardly, where just the length shrinks but the rest of it doesn't. I washed in cold water on delicates (low spin) and then did tumble dry low. They shrunk about 1.25" in length but the width of the leg didn't change, so it's a little awkwardly lose near my knee. The waist is exactly the same. The fabric is so comfortable and soft that it's worth keeping, but keep in mind that it will shrink no matter what you do.

Love these! And yes, they shrink.
I read the reviews saying that they shrink considerably in length. I am 5’6,” weigh about 133lbs, and am a woman. I wear a petite in women’s pants, which are usually 28” long. The men’s short would have been perfect, but due to the reviews, I ordered the 30” length. I washed them in cold water and dried them on medium low heat. They shrank in length as predicted. Now they are the perfect length. See the blue striped sock photo before washing where they want to puddle at the hem because of the length. The green sock photo is after washing and drying.
Why buy men’s sleep pants? POCKETS! Women need them just like men and boys do.
Hey LL Bean- why isn’t the short length an option in the sizing for reviews?

Beans cotton knit pajamas pants
I got these for my Dad they are a perfect fit 28 leg is very hard to find. Dad loves that they are soft and drawstring waist. They have not faded or shrunk. Perfect for daytime wear as well.
