Suboptimal Design
The weight of the garment is great for my needs (light-weight for late spring & early fall). Unfortunately, the remainder of the design is suboptimal. The zippered chest pocket is too small to accommodate my phone, and the seam for that pocket is visibly apparent unless you raise the zipper almost fully. The hand pockets did NOT have zippers to secure their contents.

Why I love LL Bean
I bought this jacket along with the accompanying vest and couldn't be more happy with the purchases. In today's market so much of the clothing I see is junk. LL Bean's options not only give good styling, material but options as well like two inner pockets instead of one.

Wonderful Jacket
What a great, versatile jacket! My husband wore it every day on a recent 2 week trip and it worked in every situation, adding warmth when needed and looking good the whole time. It is light enough to go under a rain coat and doesn’t seem to get too hot when it warms up a bit. It was in the 50’s and 60’s with various conditions and we were so happy with this jacket. It does not stop wind, but with another layer it works great. We highly recommend this jacket…and it washes well, too!

Super solid light jacket, few things to note
I've had this for a couple months now and have worn it a ton from hiking and cycling locally, out and about casually, traveling, and as a base layer on my trip to Iceland. Overall, it has held up great and I'm very happy with it, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
A few notes:
- the sizing is a little odd. At 5'9 210lbs I'm usually an XL when something says "slim fit" or "tapered" but the XL was huge - returned for an L, fit much better.
- could totally be user error, but I experienced issues with the fabric pulling - long term this could be a problem but for now, not a big deal
- only the chest pocket is zippered...and it's tiny. It did fine holding my keys, but that's about it. No shot at getting a larger iPhone or Android device in there. Bigger pockets and zippers would be amazing.

Inconsistent quality control.
This was my second Airlight top, but I returned it, as it was not the same fit as my first top. The sleeves were too long, and in addition the chest zip-pocket mesh bag stuck out from behind into the throat opening.
