Very comfortable and the right level of warmth!
This Beanie fits very comfortably. It keeps my head at the right level of warmth when I am outside during a moderately cold day, and also while in my apt. which is cold in the winter. (This is due to the inadequate heating of my apt. It should also be noted that I live in one of the northern states of the U.S.) Unlike two other L.L.Bean ski hats I recently purchased, and I am in the process of returning, there is no pilfering of my Beanie. (Keep a lookout for a review of the two pilfering ski hats, which I will be writing at a later date.)

Better to be safe than SORRY!
As a wife, my husband really likes these jeans but i do not like the denim material with polyester and elastic woven into cotton. I have worked and sewn clothes for 77yrs and heming these jeans were hell. Stiffness of denim works rough. 100% cotton is best. Sweat evaporate faster. Softer against skin.

Chartreuse is my favoirte!
Love the color! Chartreuse is my favorite and can be seen on a grey day. The hat itself is strong and well made and I anticipate it will last for years! My only issue is that I wish the logo tag was cloth or leather and not plastic. Otherwise LOVE IT!
( I do not believe I have a large head for a female but sometimes hats like this are too snug and I give them away .. this one is perfect.

100% acrylic, hand wash, lay flat to dry per tag. Keeps your head warm at rest. Is thick but not bulky. I would recommend this to someone who works outdoors, someone who likes functional clothing. It's a weave that I can toss in my backpack without worrying about the yarn getting caught. Is it the prettiest accessory? No, but I wanted something warm, durable, big enough and affordable.

Although I do like the color and knit on this hat, I am a bit disappointed with my purchase through LLBean this time around.
