Perfect weight
Love this jacket! It is the perfect “in the middle” weight. Fit is flattering. I sometimes were a large in jackets (because I like a little room) but bought a medium in this one.

What I hoped for
I have had my eye on this shirt-jacket for quite a while. I finally ordered it and am so pleased. The green color is softer than an olive/Army green, the fit is roomy- especially in the arms and shoulders so I can layer in colder weather. There are snaps on the front and large pockets, including two on the inside. A detail I like is a pencil slot on one of the chest pockets, which is useful for me. The mid-weight cotton twill fabric is soft and substantial. I live in a rural area and this shirt is perfect for work or travel or casual wear.

Thick weave jacket
I’m waiting to see if the fabric softens after washing as it’s a bit stiff and thick. It’s a good jacket for cool summer nights, perhaps around the campfire. The color is an unusual olive green. I love the pockets and how roomy it is in case I want to wear a lightweight sweater.

Heavy and bulky looking
The sleeves are way too long and cuffing them makes them look thick and bulky, so I removed the wrist band sections to shorten them and then under cuffed and sewed them. The shoulders are dropped so the fit isn't very flattering. The arms poof out at the top of the sleeve. The two top pockets are so huge they go all the way over to my armpits. Very odd looking. It's also very heavy. It's really not flattering at all. I washed and dried hoping to shrink it l, but it didn't. I'm keeping it to wear in cold weather to do house chores, but I would never wear it out in public. I feel like a lumberjack. It's an awkward item of clothing.

A perfect light work shirt that looks great, too
I've been looking for something like this for a while; a light work shirt that allows freedom of movement. The other "work jacket" I tried from LL Bean didn't seem to understand that part. This one does, and it's the perfect weight. It fits a bit large, but that's what makes it work.

Great for cool dry days.
Sizewise, a bit larger than I expected it to be but it washed up well, no shrinkage! Even put it in a hot dryer! The jacket is a medium/heavier weight to wear for cool days and I love the big pockets. I normally wear a Large 12-14 so that is what I ordered. Great value.

Shoild have believed the reviews...TOO large...
Just received this jacket and tried it on but its too large. I usually wear a large or better yet Petite Large but this is way too big. Sleeves are way down over my hands(to be fair I do have short arms) and shoulders seams way down my arms, body big. Plus I didn't care for the material.Thought it would be more "dressy" and refined. Liked the styling tho, curved hem, pockets but not for me.

Nice cover up for a cool evening
A nice light jacket for a cool summer night. Style is similar to a denim shirt but much more functional with lots of pockets. It was just a bit heavier than I expected but I still like it. Washes and dries nice, with minimal wrinkles.
