Very uncomfortable!
I bought these boots in 7 1/2, then exchanged them for size 8 because there didn't seem to be room for socks in the smaller size. Both are dismally uncomfortable. They are very stiff. After wearing the size 8 for an hour, I had a blister on my ankle. They don't feel as if they would soften at all. The soles are stiff. It's as if they were made of wood. No wonder they were on sale!

6 month review
Loved them until didn't last. Tab broke and the top of the boot as well in 6 months of use...I will not consider this normal wear, I work from home and have many other pairs of shoes; also wasn't harsh environment just normal walk. Too bad, I really liked the shoe, hence the 2 starts.

Wellie sport rubber rain boot not my thing
Not a comfy rain boot and difficult to put on. Returned it for the traditional LLBean rain rubber moc which fits like a dream. I wore it in the rain just tonight. Very comfy.

Good for gardening shoes
I bought these for gardening. Since it's winter now, I can't be sure, but they seem like they will be perfect for that. I won't come in with wet shoes (and socks!) and they can be easily cleaned.
I gave a four-star rating because the top rubs a little on one foot. I don't think that will be a problem since I will be wearing socks, but it is a little uncomfortable.

Cute but do hit the ankle weirdly
Cute and functional! Easy to slip on and off, which was a big reason why I purchased these. Like some other reviews stated, they hit weirdly on the ankle, but after a week or so the shoe stretched out and I don't notice it as much anymore. If you're sensitive to this, though, you may want to consider a different boot.

Love these boots !
Very happy with these boots although they run big. Purchased my usual nice ten and had to go down a half size to size 9.5. Now they fit perfectly and they’re perfect for walking in the rain and working in the yard.

Comfortable and convenient
These are the most comfortable and convenient work boots I have ever worn! I actually decided to purchase another brand based on some of the negative reviews. But the other brand was not very comfortable and I decided to try these when they went on sale. They were a bit snug when I first put them on, but after two or three times wearing them, they are absolutely perfect! They slip on and off easily, have a nice arch support and footbed, and are so comfortable, I wear them on my walks. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on a different brand and just bought these to begin with. They are a great value at the sale price!

Too difficult to pull on.
I really hoped to love these, but they were WAY to difficult to pull on. I never could get them on my feet and I am petite - 5'1", 110 lbs, and a size 6 shoe for all other waterproof footwear.

Boots for gardening
I bought these for garden wear. They are everything I want except for the comfort. The sides are a little too high and hit my ankle bone. Thick socks might help that but I wanted them for quick in and out.

A little tight, a little stiff
A little tight in the width area but look great and keep my feet dry in the rain. I chose to go a half size larger than my usual size due to the reviews but they are a little big in the toe area. I don’t know if I went with my actual size, they may have been too small because they are very stiff shoes. I just hope the plastic material softens up in warmer weather so they can stretch out a little bit. I am pleased with them but wish the material was softer.

Not as sporty as I hoped for...
Less than three months ago, I started a job as an animal carer at the local humane society. The job requires me to be on my feet all day, inside the facility and outside in the elements, whatever the weather, in the Midwest. I was excited to have these wellies for romping in the grassy snow with dogs after scrubbing and hosing down their kennels each morning. Less than two months into wearing these wellies four days a week, the rubber where my foot bends when I step developed cracks. I tried experimenting with different sock thickness to lessen the bend in the shoe when I walked, but it didn't work. What were once cracks are now slits which let in water and make for a soggy sock day. I don't know if I have a weird gait that caused this, but today I superglued it all back together and bought some insoles, so we'll see how it goes.
These might be better suited for less active activities, which is disappointing for a "sport" boot.

Looks good
I like the appearance of the Wellie Sport boot. The size 8 is a little long, but I like the width that the 8 provides. If it did not slip on the heel, I would keep the 8. But I think I need to downsize to a 7 1/2. This assessment was done wearing a heavy wool sock.
