True to size
I ordered an 8.5 after reading the reviews to go up a 1/2 or full size. I generally wear an 8. Even with thick socks on, the 8.5 is too big, It's also not narrow at all, easy to get into and very lightweight but sturdy. The height is 10 inches tall. I like this boot but I will be returning it. I would order it in a size 8 but the black is sold out.

Very nice boot inside and out The size fits perfect.They are insulated and easy to zip up .The soles are absolutely great looking .I bought these because I don’t wanna fall in snow and ice and they should definitely do the job.Also I bought these because this is the outer fabric you need in winter weather.Just what I was looking for…

Inexplicably Small
Beautiful boots seemed to be just what I was looking for but they were simply way too small.
Bizarre from LL Bean who’ve always known the meaning of a proper size 8 which, as I see it, is still a size 8. It’s still my shoe size; these boots were not.
Sadly, returned.

really, time will tell….
I like these boots so far. I’m glad I ordered a size up, based on other reviews. I like the shades of green. They are light, warm, and have a decent outsole tread. I have found the zippers are stiff, not very easy to use. I’m hoping they become more “zippy” with use - my hands are not so strong these days. Overall, these boots are my new go-to-town choice. :-)

Great boots, even in Minnesota cold!
These boots fit my normally 91/2 feet just right with thin socks. If I wanted to wear thick socks,
I'd go up to a size 10. In Minnesota, the cold has gotten down to 20 degrees or so, and they kept
my feets warm. I have MS, so getting in/out of boots is important to me, and these worked well.

Great Winter Boots!!
These boots are great! Following the advice of some past purchasers, I ordered up half a size and they fit perfectly. I already have some boots that I purchased from LL Bean many years ago (probably at least 15 years ago) and they are in great shape for going through cold New England winters and just to have some variety I bought these when they went on the two-a-day markdown sale a few weeks ago and am thrilled with the fit. I now have two great pars for LL Bean boots for my cold and snowy New England winters. Great boots and highly recommend them.

Perfect ultralight snow boots
I haven't actually worn these boots yet because we haven't had snow since I received them; however, I like their light weight. I have two vertebrae fractures for which surgery can't help; thus, I have to have something light weight and I think these will work just fine for me.

Bean boot too tight.
Not really thrilled with this boot. The fit is way too tight. I can only wear it with bare feet or thin summer socks. Not exactly why I bought this boot. Also very alarming is the zippers are difficult to zip in either direction. If I had known these things beforehand I would not have bought this boot.

Tight on top
This boot has nice features - lined zipper to keep snow out, loop to pull on, light weight. What was disappointing was how tight it was across the top of my foot. I had to take my socks off to fit in. Not ideal but workable with the fleece lining.

Nice boots, but they run small.
I usually wear a size 6 but I got these in a 6 1/2 because I wanted to wear warm socks with them. It was very difficult to pull these on with thicker socks. I switched to thinner ones and they fit much better and my feet were warm and toasty throughout the day. I would recommend getting these a half size larger.

Looks are deceiving
This was a very nice looking boot and fit snugly, too snugly for me.
It was not what I was looking for. I wanted a boot that I could slip on in the winter to go to the outside garage - like a Moon Boot. I was deceived by the photo - it looks roomy, but it wasn't. So, nothing wrong with the boot, just not the style I was looking for.

I bought these boots on sale last week and they arrived in 3 days. I wear size 9m shoes bought 9.5 boots for extra room , there’s no extra room fits like a 9 shoe. Recommend you buy up a size.

Comfortable and toasty
I wear my snow boots daily to work, so I need something that looks professional and also keeps my feet warm in the winter. My last pair of boots was worn out completely after 7+ years, and I was desperate for a good replacement. These are the ones. Light, comfy, cozy and easy to slip on.

These boots were way too small. Six and a half I couldn't get my foot into it so figured I'd need an eight for them to fit. They were out of eights and eights and a half. The boots seemed great and well made otherwise.

Love the boots.
Love the boots. They were lightweight and very warm. I was afraid that they would not be comfortable after wearing for a day but they passed the test. Very pleased with my purchase. They are somewhat narrow in the heel but perhaps that helps them from sliding once they are on. Still, very comfortable.
