Most durable sneakers I ever owned
Purchased in Aug of 2023, and after more than a year and dozens of machine washes, my Comfort Fitness Walking shoes are still nearly as good as new. No shoe or sneaker has come close to it's durability and comfort. Just wish they were available in more colors!

They fit well, but feel to me a bit chunky. Walking for an extended period of time makes my legs ache. I thought I just needed to get used to them, but I fear I will need to replace them.

Great Walking Shoes.
Excellent, comfortable walking shoe. I do not need the waterproof feature here in New Mexico, but have not found that the shoes develop excessive .moisture when walking 2-3 miles per day. Comfortable shoe and easy on-off.

Vacation Success
I bought these shoes for a trip to London. They were comfortable right out of the box. I put 20,000 steps per day on them for the 10 days I was there. I found them sturdy enough for the streets and subways in the city and looked great at restaurants and tourist sights in both shorts and long pants. No blisters. I was torn between size 10 ½ and 11. I went with 11 and it proved to be the right choice. Nice shoes. Thanks LL Bean

Disappointed with wear and odor
I tried on regular size of these waterproof shoes in LL Bean Store in February, 24. Regular far too tight so I ordered wide, received them in April ,24. Thought they would be good for Buffalo, NY winter weather. With very light wear heals are showing significant wear and the foot odor is significant. After several months of letting them air out the oder has finally disappeared. Have owned many running shoes and several LL Bean Trail and Gortex hiking boots. I Have never had any wear so quickly nor retain oder like the LL Bean Waterproof fitness walker.

Comfortable and waterproof with a sizing concern
Bean has a Comfort sneaker and a Waterproof Comfort sneaker and the sizing differs which, in my opinion should not be the case. In the Comfort sneaker, I take a 13D (medium) but in the Waterproof I take a 13EE (wide). The same problem exists in Bean's Snow Sneaker. A clerk at the store said this is because an extra waterproof lining must be added which makes the fit tighter but I don't think that is the way shoes should be made. A 13D should be a 13D in every shoe style. Bean's supplier should be making the shoes with consistent sizing, whether they are waterproof or not, so that the customer does not have to buy multiple pairs to get one to fit. Otherwise, these shoes are as advertised. They are very comfortable and nicely waterproof when walking through wet grass, so I recommend them highly subject to the sizing concern.

For hard surface streets
These shoes are the best shoes I've found for walking on hard surfaces such as streets. They are less flexible than my hiking boots
They support my feet by allowing less movements when walking down steep streets. I don't think they would do well on rocky or gravel hiking trails. But there the best for street walking.

Nice shoes with ample width.
I was looking for walking shoes with ample width and space in the toe box. The 12 wide pair I bought provide that with perhaps a little extra width. They seemed a bit stiff at first but, after a few miles, became quite comfortable with good support. Overall a great walking shoe.

High levels of comfort & support
These are my second pair of Comfort Fitness Walkers. My original purchase was because I liked the look, and wanted the shoes for days when I anticipated walking much of the day. I was so pleased with the support and comfort of the shoes that I made my first pair my exercise shoes, and purchased another pair so I would still have great looking shoes for casual outings.

Nice looking and comfortable, too!
My husband is very particular about his shoes. They have to be comfortable and provide good support. And they should also look good. ( naturally) These shoes were “Joe tested” and when Joe says, “they are pretty nice,” that is as good as it gets.
