Exactly what I was looking for!
The pockets on this are perfect, the internal organizer on the outside pocket is genuinely useful and the inside pocket is so deep I can have sunglasses in there without cutting into the space for the outside zip pocket. Hand pockets are a tight for cramming winter gloves into but it's still doable. The jacket fits true to size (5'11" here, bought large as usual), I like that it's longer than average and I can just button it up in the car while leaving the bottom undone to be more comfortable. This is basically everything I was looking for in a useful travel jacket, and the insulation is sufficient unless you're dipping minus zero.

Great winter coat
It is not heavy, rather light weight and yet very warm. Good wind blocking. The length is as given in the information on line, just over the hip. A very good coat for winter days particularly when you already have on a sweater and a full parka is too much.
