Great purchase
These are the first moisture wicking pants I have ever purchased. I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly! They are unrestrictive when hiking and truly live up to their claim. They are lightweight and really comfortable. Great price for the quality!

Great year round pants
I love these pants! Warm enough in the winter, and almost dressy enough to look good anywhere.

Nice golf pants
Perfect for golf when it's cool or rainy. The leg pocket is roomy enough for wallet or other items you want to get to quickly.

Best walking, hiking, and traveling pants
I’ve had four or five pair of these over the years and still love them. They wear really well, are super comfortable, and are especially great for traveling.

A cell phone does not fit into the leg pocket
I've loved these pants for years and have bought many pairs, but not having a pocket big enough to hold my cell phone has sent me to the GAP where recently, they have some great joggers with pockets in the legs that will hold a cell phone--and keep you warm.

Glad I found these
I have been looking for pants to replace my old athletic pants that had a windbreaker effect so that I could walk the dog, go hiking, etc. The new athletic pants just don't have it. These pants have the feature that I was looking for and are very comfortable. They are my go-to pants from now on.

lots of pockets!
I have several pairs of an earlier version. This pair fits a bit more snugly. There are elastic expanders in the waistband, but unfortunately the buttonhole is sewn over itself and isn't functional. The material is thinner than the previous version so should line dry even more quickly when traveling.

Water-Repellent compared to past version very hot
Love this pant - mom and I had every color and style for years. Just be aware with the water repellant added they trap heat on warm / hot days as if you are wearing a plastic garbage bag. You will be ringing wet,in no time. PLEASE LLBean - go back to the old style without the water repellant …. PLEASE!

Fix the pockets!
The pockets stick out in a goofy way. I have 10 pairs of these pants, and the old ones fit perfectly. The pockets don’t stick out. The fleece lined ones were the best! Please offer that style again. Please fix the pockets!

Rather disappointing
I have the Vista pants and love them. I bought these because they were similar and offered a color (navy) not available in the Vista style. Unfortunately they run quite a bit smaller, something I didn't really discover until I'd worn them. They also have an inexplicable set of tabs inside the waist that don't serve any purpose but to get in the way, and the fabric is less substantial. Better to have stuck with what I had.

Problems with consistency in sizing
I now have 3 pairs of these pants. The navy and black colored pants fit great. The gray color is tight in the waist. I have the adjustable elastic band in the waistband adjusted the same on each pair. Overall I love these pants. Great for casual wear and hiking. They wash beautifully. Disappointed in the inconsistency in sizing.

Keep them coming!
I love these pants so much, I had them in almost every color. Then I lost weight! Thanks to the adjustable design, I managed to keep wearing them for a time, but eventually they were falling off of me. So I’m slowly replacing them. I hope they never go away. (I’ve kept the larger ones, just in case the weight comes back, God forbid!)

Women’s Water Repellent Comfort Trail Pants
Your sizing is not accurate, You upsized your pants. Your size 10 is more like a 12 or 14. Bought the same pants a few years back. Size 10. Needed to refresh wardrobe and bought several pairs. Same size 10. These new pants are HUGE! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Wish you actually provide measurements like QVC.

Versatile Pants
Having zippered back pockets and a side pocket
are beneficial for securely carrying cell phone, vehicle key fob, currency or card. Front pockets are deep enough to hold pepper spray or other items needed instantly. Wash, hang to dry and go. Too, I appreciate the waistband that allows
some adjustment for comfort.

Ash is olive not at all like the color pictured.
The color did not match the picture. Ash is more olive than brown. Very disappointed and sent them back. Didn't try them on as I didn't like the color.

only repellent inside
Bought these in July and unfortunately haven't had a real chance to test them until today. Not at all water-repellent! Started to light sprinkle 2 miles from home and I was soaked. Good thing phone was in a plastic bag in my pocket.
NOT HAPPY
2 stars because reasonably comfortable and the do...dry fairly fast.

Pants are Great, Ankle Cords are a Pain
I love nearly everything about these pants. I took them to Iceland this summer and they were so comfortable -- perfect in a variety of weather, they fit under my rainpants when necessary. The fabric weight, adjustable waistband/ fit in general, and pockets are all great. The ankle cords drive me nuts. The cords get caught in my shoes if I wear anything other than hiking boots. Small issue, but I'd prefer not to have the cords. Overall, though, these pants are winners.

almost perfect; could be higher-waisted
These are nice pants, fit well in hips but a bit loose in the waist and not as high-waisted as I would like. They cannot be dried in a dryer but air dry quickly. Attractive and comfortable.

Great hiking pants
I own 3 pair of these and they're a hiking staple. Muddy cuffs and knees just need a quick rinse and they dry out completely in just a few hours. Roomy pockets, although a second zipped pocket for the left leg would be welcome.

Roomy deep secure pockets, durable, easy care
Love and adore these pants because of the nice easy laundering, quick drying, stain resistant, durable fabric, the roomy deep and wide pockets - one zippered side pocket, 2 zippered back pockets, 2 deep angled front pockets, hidden adjustable button-holed elastic waist cinchers. They are made well - stitching is perfect! I have them in all colors and several sizes for plump-up winter and slim down summer time. LL Bean, I miss the decorative flowered nylon/poly finishing tape under the neatly stitched front zipper flap in the newer pant. My oldest pant has this nice feminine touch which sold me on the first pant purchased. Please bring this back on the pant. Ok, charge me a dollar more for this special touch.
