Surprisingly roomy!
I bought this little bag quickly before a trip to the city and am so glad I did. It holds much more than I thought it would...wallet, phone, hand sanitizer, sunglasses, coin purse, and keys in the inside zipper pocket. It's my first crossbody after a lifetime of shoulder bags....so much more comfortable and secure. When I first got it, I thought I would shorten the adjustable strap and use it as a shoulder bag most of the time, but I'm a crossbody convert..love having my hands free. But the strap allows you to choose. Love the leather strap and love the distressed green canvas.

Terrific bag

Great small bag
This is now my favorite bag, even though it's small and also because it's small and it makes me carry less. The size, style and material are good looking and well made and the color (feldspar) is great. I feel like I am ten years younger and not so burdened with everything I might possibly need but don't really need to carry with me. This bag has changed my life. Yay!

Great if small works for you
At first I thought it was too small but I like the way it looked. So I experimented and found that it can hold my glasses, a phone and a small pouch with essential cards I carry. And now I am very happy that I kept it. It's a great looking purse and it will probably last forever. I think I look 10 years younger with this smaller purse. I bought the gray/feldspar one and like the color.

Nice enough.
I keep looking for a small bag to replace another I bought from Bean years ago. This one is an ok small size. The fabric is a bit bunchy. I hope that wears in as it’s used. I like the leather strap and it hangs well, stats close to body.

Classy little bag
This is a very classy casual bag. I planned to use it to hold my phone, car keys, and a little cash when I am walking or hiking. Although I had taken its dimensions into consideration when I ordered it, it felt too large and bulky for my needs, so I sadly returned it.

Attractive and functional
I was so pleased with my blue nylon braided Crossbody bag that I ordered this gray one for dressier occasions as we are frequent travelers. It works well to have both. Both are sturdy and I used them both on a recent cruise. The other was great for bike riding while this one looked nicer for dinners. I store my essentials: passport, lip gloss, comb and money in the desired bag depending on the occasion. Great for yardsaling too.

Exactly What I Wanted
This bag is exactly what I wanted, compact and high-quality. The canvas is thick and seems durable, the zipper is heavy duty and operates smoothly, and the leather strap is not only upscale, but sheds water. Check the photo of the woman holding the bag before you buy. It's definitely a small bag that will hold essentials but not tons of extra stuff.

My size: holds the essentials: small money/cardholder, small brush, inhaler, dental floss, pill box, pen, pocket calendar, phone. No room for sun glasses. Fabric is durable with a “worn” look that scratches fairly easily. Wipes clean fairly easily. The heavy leather trim balances the look of the fabric. The zip opening makes it less easy to get into, maybe, but it keeps pickpockets challenged, should you forget to close it while out…..plus, if it happens to go topsy turvy there is a smaller chance that everything falls out. Only one little zippered pocket inside, but it works for me. I like the bag!

Quality bag, opening too small
The materials on this bag are high quality, and it looks very attractive. I also find it easy to carry, just the right size for my things. However, the opening is too small for the bag, it is hard get your hand in, or look for that lost chapstick at the bottom. Nearly perfect, but not quite.

It's waxed canvas, so it's going to look uneven. Kind of messy and beat-up from go rather than crisp and clean, and the material's going to be a bit stiff. As others mentioned, the strap's a bit short, though long enough for me. Other than that, it's just the size I want, and reasonably weather-resilient. Nicer than plastic.

I really wanted a small cross body bag to put my wallet, cell phone and maybe a hand sanitizer in. It's a tough job to zip the bag when I have these things in the bag...wish fabric was a bit more flexible. Love the color and size but it doesn't quite fit the bill for me.

I bought this for the color khaki/tan which is hard to find, and for the cute style, but it is of terrible material and quality and design. It's a stiff, rough texture and the zipper opening is too small to get my hand into. Although it looks great in the photo, I needed to be a mind-reader when I saw the words "waxed canvas."
