poor quality control
I ordered three pairs of these, all the same size, three different colours, I got three pairs of pants that all fit differently. One pair os just fine, waist fits good inseam fits good. One pair is at least two sizes larger in the waist, though it is labeled the same, and the inseam is about an inch too short. The third pair is like a completely different style, completely different cut, not just a size problem. waist is ok, it's much wider throughout he seat and thighs and about three inches short in the inseam. It's a shame, because the pair that does fit properly is a great pair of pants, but I wasted $180 on the other two pairs. LL Bean is known for quality products, but I strongly suggest you work on consistency. After buying at least half a dozen different pairs of pants from LL Bean I have learned my lesson, won't be buying pants online again. I don't know if the push into Canada has taxed your supply lines or manufacturing, but it's a disappointment.

great pants, poor sizing
These are on the whole great quality, comfortable pants. However they have a common problem I've noticed with clothing manufactured overseas. I order three pairs, three different colors, all the same size. What I got whats three pairs of pants that all fit vastly different. One pair fits a perfectly, most confortable pants I've worn in a while, one pair is snug, may a half or full size smaller, not bad, I can still wear them becaus ehtey are stretchy. The third pair is about two or three whole sizes too big. Not really wearable. The inseam is all the same, it's through the thighs, seat and waist that the i feel the difference. II've had the exact same problem with other well known "outdoors" oriented pants from a brand that starts with a K. It's unfortunate, but I only tried on the well fitting pair when they arrived, assuming they were all the same size, they're marked as such. So I washed them and no they are non returnable. At least I got two wearable pairs of pants.
