Nice Quality
So I'm about 175 lbs and 6'0" tall. Active and pretty thin but not super fit. I've been on the search for the ultimate every day button down. I've tried a bunch. I want wrinkle free, slim fit, and I prefer no button down collar. I usually order a large in 100% or near 100% cotton with an expectation of slight shrinkage. This shirt is really nice quality. Lightweight but still substantial enough for the placket to stay straight when unbuttoning the top couple of buttons. Really feels nice. Sleeves were the right length with 2 button adjustable cuffs. No collar stays but not a deal breaker. The down sides are the neck opening is too large (I typically order a 16" when given the option for a little wiggle room). This is like a 17"+ neck. And the "slightly fitted" doesn't feel very "slim fit". Still feels kind of "blousy" when tucked in, which is kind of a peeve, and a tick long to leave untucked. So it's a well made shirt, but my search continues. I'll try to remember to add photos soon.

Nice wrinkle free shirt, but button holes are either too small or buttons are too large. It is very difficult to button and unbutton shirt. I have to keep it buttoned and put it on and off over my head like a sweater. Charlie Wentzel

Well Made, Classic Gingham, Vibrant Shirt
Purchased this shirt on sale. I have received it and have not worn it extensively hence the four stars. This shirt, like many of the men's clothing items I have purchased in the past from LL Bean, feels well made and durable. I do like the fit; it's not to tight nor too loose in the shoulders and in the torso. It also appears to have somewhat of an untucked look length. Meaning, the length of the shirt is not too long when untucked. The colors are vibrant (online photo accurate) with a classic gingham design. The collar is sturdy, crisp and well made. I like the weight of the fabric as well; not to light and not too heavy. I would say it can be worn, by itself, in Spring through Fall. In late Fall and through Winter, it can be paired with a sweater. All in all, it 'looks' and 'feels' like a winner. Time will tell how it holds up.

Great button down shirt!
Great wrinkle free button down and the untucked length is great for a casual look! Ordered the ”slightly fitted” size medium for my son (5’6”/130 lbs) and it fit perfect. Will definitely buy more! No ironing needed- just pull immediately from the dryer and it looks great.
