Great for farm life!
These were purchased for my adult daughter for her birthday. She loves, loves them for her farm life with her chickens and goats! When considering buying, I read another review that said the boots were perfect for cleaning her chicken coop. So reviews really help. They are true to size and slip on/off easily. I bought a 9 and my daughter wears an 8 1/2 to a 9 depending on shoe.

They’re Okay
Given as a Christmas gift in 2021 as the Chelsea boot. For the most part they are pretty comfortable and waterproof. I have no idea how I’d put these boots on if it weren’t for the sturdy rear upper leather strap (it serves as a built-in “boot” horn!) I’m not sure how I would put them on my feet. I wear different socks each time and at least one of my socks falls off wearing the boots. Also, I side with the customer who stated there needs to be some sort of comfortable material around the seam. It’s an uncomfortable “ring around the (upper) foot.” Maybe this product ought to go back to the drawing board.

Love these but wish they were more fitted
Love these boots, and wear them all the time. However, I normally wear a size 11, but the 11s were way too big so I had to size down to a 10, which I still slip out of a little bit if I don’t wear thicker socks or inserts. I wish they fit better around the heel and ankle. I’m a little worried I’m gonna twist my ankle if I walk too fast. However, I love that they slip on and off without having to lace up. I wear them for everything.

I do love my Bean boots! The reason for only 4 stars is I believe you could make an improvement. The zipper doesn't quite zip all the way up, so it would be nice to have a strap with a belt buckle at the top to hold the boot closed. The boots do keep my feet warm and dry. For size reference--I am normally a 6-1/2, went down a size to a 6, and there is still room for medium to heavy-weight socks.

Odd fit.
I have had a pair of the classic, tie-up, Bean boots for decades but thought I'd add these in as an easy slip option. Unfortunately, they felt tight in the toe box and way to wide in the heel. I returned them.

I love these boots! These are great for outdoors and working in the barn. I’ve been through snow, cold temps and really nasty situations and they are holding up great. My only complaint is they are a little wide and don’t have much arch support, but I wear a thick sock and it solves some of the issue.

Second pair of LL bean boots. I preferred the old brown color and wish I would’ve gotten black instead. The lining keeps my feet warm. The zippers don’t add much functionality, I can still skip them on/off without using it. 100% recommend. My last pair lasted over five years of heavy wear.
