Found the perfect boot after a three year search!
Finally - a wide size 11 for women, with hook& loop. Older women have trouble with laces and zippers. Older women have feet that have spread in width and length as they age. Older women need sturdy boots with non-slid soles. I have been looking for this type of winter boots for at least 3 years. Thank you!

Better velcro closures than before
The velcro seems better than on my old pair, more generous. But my old pair lasted for many years, and I'm sure these will, too. I wear them to walk the dog in the winter, usually 3 miles a day, on asphalt and sidewalks. They have good traction, but I do put icetrax on them when it's very slippery out. Since I live in one of the top 3 snowiest cities, I'm often walking on snow, slush, or ice. These are essential.

They’re ok, but just okay
I would have preferred a single Velcro strap rather than the doubles. The gusset to prevent snow from getting in was less than comfortable initially, but is getting somewhat better with time.

Just Right for New England Winters
I purchased a similar pair four years ago and love them still. However, after four winters of day in and day out wear, they were looking a bit tired. I will continue to use them, especially with my snow shoes, but now I have a new pair to wear when I want to look my best.

The best foot wear ever found for winter
This was my second purchase of the boots. Cant say enough about them. I work outdoors at a food pantry and they are the best for waer and warmth in the winter. Easy to put on and comfortable for walking anf standing long periods in.

Nothing like the design of this boot!
I have been ordering these boots since they first appeared -- many years ago. I average a new pair about every 2 years now. The hook&loop is wonderful for getting out the door quickly with the dogs - which is why I buy them. They are really warm too. This new generation of the boot isn't as sturdy as the ones that first appeared ( a 3 yr lifespan) and not as supportive. But for a quick walk on a cold day I haven't found anything better.

Stitching coming undone
I bought these last October after waiting a long time for the hook and loop to have a wide option. These replaced a pair that lasted many years. The stitching on top of the toe area is already coming out. I use these 3 times a week for a 35 minute walk. Haven't had snow or rain in my part of MN so they were not subjected to rough weather or heavy use. I do not see these lasting very long and especially not water resistant for much longer. Other then that, I do like them.

These Snow Sneaker 5 Boots are AWESOME!
I bought these sneakers for a ski trip to Big Sky, Montana. When not skiing, I wore them around the mountain everyday in deep snow and toured Yellow Stone National park on off road trails one day. My feet were always comfortable, dry and toasty. Highly Recommended.

Best boots ever!
These snow sneakers are so comfortable and warm. I bought them for morning walks during winter, but have also worn them snowshoeing. They kept my feet toasty and dry. I love the easy Velcro closures and the substantial arch support. I highly recommend them.

I bought this boot twice . I always go an entire size up . I wear 7.5" . In this boot i buy
8.5" . I happen to like more room. The size 8 was snug and could have fit but really the 8.5" was it. Love this boot! Easy velcro fit.

Powerful mold odor
They've been stuck in a warehouse or container ship or something because there's a powerful smell of musty, mold, mildew. I kept them outside for a few days and no change. Besides that, they're comfortable and very nice looking. Overpowering smell however, not sure what I;ll do with them.

Best winter sneaker!
These are the most comfortable sneakers you can put your feet into. I live in Atlanta and travel to my brother in New Hampshire at Thanksgiving. I never know if we're going to have snow while I'm there. I hate carrying or wearing winter boots. I saw these, bought them, and wore them my whole time in NH. I highly recommend them!

L. L. Bean has gone to different buyers apparently as I placed my order for my Snow Sneakers from information on my older pair & the new ones don’t fit, they are way too small & the quality & appearance do not stand up to what L. L. Bean used to be.

These keep my feet warm!
I bought these in the fall but it wasn’t cold enough or icy enough to put them to good use until last week. I have never had winter boots that kept my feet warm like these do! I’m in love! The Velcro strap closings make it quick and easy to get them on and off.

Snow Sneaker 5 Mid Boot Waterproof
Love the sneaker boots warm and comfy. The only problem was they run smaller than to size. I normally wear a size 8, ordered a size 8 1/2 and should have really ordered a size 9 as the 8 1/2 is a little snug. I'm hoping after wearing them for a while they will stretch a little.
