With the same rugged material as our zip-off version, these Cresta Pants are lined to keep kids warm on chillier days from the bus stop to the trail.
Our ultratough Cresta fabric exceeds our testing standards in the lab, so you can count on these pants to stand up to repeated rock scrambling and rugged play. The durable nylon is suprisingly lightweight, exceptionally breathable, and Bluesign®-approved to help offset impact on the environment. Soft fleece lining adds to the comfort and ensures the fun lasts well into colder weather.

Great hiking pants
Great pants for hiking in colder weather. Waist is a little big for my slender children, but overall our most worn pants for Colorado vacations.

Pants have no way of keeping them up.
The pants look really nice, but they end up being completely unusable. They lack any way at all of keeping them up. There are no belt loops, and there is no adjustable elastic waistband like so many jeans for kids have. The small amount of waistband stretch doesn't provide much flexibility in sizing. These pants were a big disappointment.

Good pants for the cold.
Well fitting, comfortable pants that don’t fall down. I was worried they’d be loose because my son is lean but they were perfect.

Great pants
My partner is tiny, and has a hard time finding quality clothes that fit. These hiking pants fit her well, and have features that are usually not found on juvenile clothing.

Kids hiking pants
The pants in itself are fantastic. Our son has been wearing them for years. Unfortunately this year‘s pants do not have the adjustable waist anymore, making the pants not wearable for skinny but tall boys. Very disappointed!

Not a great fit for slim kids
The pants are constructed well with double seams and reinforced knee. The sizing, however, does not suit kids with a slim build as the inseam on the 5-6 is long enough but the inseam on the 4 is not. An adjustable waistband or a drawstring would have made these pants more versatile.
