Best boots
These hiking boots are a delight. Immediately comfortable. Feel like I have spring in my step. I hike trails with rocks, cobbles, etc and I don't feel a thing. You could walk on golf balls with these boots. My brother got a pair and he raves about them.

Longest lasting boot I have had
I have had these boots for over a year and wear them everyday to work in a machine shop with lots of oils and water being thrown around. All previous boots the souls would come undone from the rest of the boot but not these one! Still just as comfy as day one and they never let my feet get wet!

Excellent boot that I really like. Fits well and true to size. But not even close to water repellent. Lots of rain in New England this summer. Walked twice now in the rain with long pants and my feet get soaked.

Comfortable boot out of the box. There is a pressure point on the upper part of the boot behind the eyelets where it can press against your ankle but after wearing them and breaking them in on a few wearings it went away. Could always keep the uppers a little looser than the instep Good looking

Very comfortable boot.
Day hiking in Yellowstone in May during the snow melt. Very comfortable. Crossed streams with boots submerged for a breif time as i walked through and the inside stayed dried. Walking through the snow on the trails was not an issue. I am very satisfied with this boot.

These boots are comfortable and easy to put on and lace up quickly. Their stiffness was somewhat irritating to my ankles for almost two weeks (I'm old with thin skin), which then was replaced by total comfort and ease. I don't walk through water or heavy mud, but I do deal with heavy dew in mornings I walk in a park, where these boots really shine! A smart purchase for me!

As noted by others: when the laces are tightened, the upper lace anchors dug uncomfortably into my ankes. I returned them without ever wearing them for use.

These seem well made. Unfortunately my ankles were being dug into and I returned the boots. I don't have large / fat ankles. There was just something about the cut of the boot that dug into me.

Sturdy and Mostly Comfortable
Firm structured shoe, but the tongue of the shoe bothers my ankle on occasion. I am admittedly still wearing the shoe in, so I am hopeful that is resolved over time or with thick socks.
