Perfect fit!
The length is a little longer which I absolutely love. The power mesh holds everything in perfectly but without major compression.

Disappointed
I was looking forward to getting my first tankini but was sorely disappointed. I ordered the same size as a 1 piece that I had previously gotten and fit from LLBean. However, the tankini was extremely small on me. I returned it and didn't dare order the next size up because I was skeptical that even 1 size up would fit.

I am tall but seriously
I am 5 '10" and found this piece too long. The picture is misleading as it fell well below the swim bottom. The bust fit fine but the undergarment meant to hold in the tummy was too short compared to the length of the outer top and would ride up with movement. If I ordered a size up the bust would be too large.

Comfortable tankini
This tankini fit well. It has a shapeware lining and it isn't too low cut. The draping helps to camouflage the mid section. Would recommend.

Love it
Not expecting to love this as much as I do. The snug fitting lining underneath keeps my belly flat while the layer that you see looks cute. While this is new, I have yet to see how it does over time, but I bought a Ll Bean bathing suit at least 8 years ago and the elastic is still in perfect shape… no stretching or fading of the fabric after years of chlorinated pools!!! Worth the price which seemed high to me before I knew how long it was going to stay in my closet.

Soft Drape is not a 'soft' fit
Be aware that this "soft-drape" top is lined with a very tight under layer. It was very difficult to get on and off. I recommend ordering a larger size.

Boy was I surprised!
I was shocked to find there was no bottom to this $100 suit! I was expecting a full bathing suit, and had to rush to order the bottom before I left on vacation. I think you should have had the choice of a bottom linked to the suit, which other wise was nice.

I would purchase this style again.
I like the way this looked but I have a large middle and the inner lining was riding up. I may have needed a larger size but I was afraid a larger size would be too large in the bust.

Nice fit, not quick dry
I like the cut. The gathering in front hides my belly. I wish it had a little better chest support but it'll do. It's said to be quick dry but it is most definitely not.

About my perfect tankini top!
I have a long torso, and just a little bit curvy at this time. I'm active with my kids in the water. This checks all the boxes - supportive with adjustable straps, BUILT IN CUPS - YAY!, and the slight v neck is so flattering. Excellent coverage without being dowdy, I could hang out in this all day...and probably will! For those reviewers said it's so tight, it is supposed to be a compressive fit. I got my usual 14, and it was tight but in the right way.
Would love to see a deep aubergine color with coral orange (think summer sunset), a subtle Americana design, or a white and green botanical with coordinating bottoms (not necessarily same print, but say - striped with same exact color tones, etc...) Thank you LL Bean!

Good for some figures
I love this theoretically. As someone with an ostomy, I was really excited to see a bathing suit that wouldn’t cling and show every bump. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, it is really long. If you are apple-shaped, I think this would be flattering (and also not hang so low), but if you don’t have extra weight around the middle, it hits below the lower hip.
