Air light vest
I have two of these vests, arctic blue and light blue green. They are just right for medium temps over a pima long sleeve tee or pima turtleneck. I also wear them over my tropic wear shirts. They are nice and long. Please make this in a light Lavender and a light blue gray.

Superior product
The vest is a superior product. It is the perfect lightweight layer for when a long sleeved sweater or sweatshirt is too hot for indoors. Good layer for over a long sleeved t shirt.
Fabric does not pill or look ratty even after wearing. Trim looks neat and polished.

The vest is thinner than I wanted, not very warm. Also the fit is a bit more snug than I wanted. The zipper closure doesn't lay smoothly when zipped up. I returned it.

A GREAT VEST with two "adjustments"
Vests are so great to add some extra warmth yet without the bulk of sleeves. This is not my first LLBean vest, yet my first one that is a lighter weight. I read the reviews before purchasing the Airlight and wondered how bad the zipper situation could really be, and after having purchased two, decided it is as annoying as others have described. The arm holes could be a bit larger too. With these two "adjustments" the Airlight would be truly the perfect light weight vest. I have not yet laundered either vest so cannot comment in that regard

Very nice article of clothing. Light and effective in keeping you warm, as well as cool in certain situations like being indoors shopping or at work. However the women’s colors need to be expanded. The contrast colors are a bit ugly.

Nice fabric, faulty zipper
I've wanted to try an Airlight jacket for a while. The fabric is very nice, smooth, lightweight and the green color is pretty. However, the zipper was not good. It was difficult to start, stuck when trying to unzip, and just seemed very annoying, so I returned the vest.

Could be a great vest
While the vest seems warm enough (only got to wear it a few times before unseasonably warm temperatures arrived), the zipper is awful. I have a coat with an awful zipper too. If Bean would quit putting junky zippers in their clothes, they’d be much better off.
