Nice basic mid layer jacket
Jackets like these are pretty basic so there’s not much to write about it. It fits me, it adds warm when worn under a lightly insulated or uninsulated rain/snow jacket, and the quality of construction is very good.

Very light weight
On really cold days, I wear it under a waterproof shell that has a zip out lining. That zip out lining grabs my flannel shirt when putting it on. The puffer jackets smooth exterior makes it easier to put on the shell with liner plus it provides an extrawarm layer.

What I was looking for.
I bought this for my husband who dislikes coats. He has only worn it once so far and didn't complain about it. It seems like a nice coat but it does run small. Since I met my husband 23 yrs ago he has always worn a Large Tall. With this jacket I had to exchange the large for an X-large. I've seen this same issue in Bean's women's jackets/coats lately.

My husband is 5’10” 290 lbs, and the XXXL fits him well. He looks nice, and it’s comfortable. It’s a light jacket but he feels comfortable wearing it in 20-30 degree weather while running errands around town.

My new favorite jacket
I have resisted buying anything called a "puffer" because, well.. I didn't think they were for me, being I am "old school", maybe? Well I finally bought this on my wife's advice, plus I figured it might be OK as it is "low puff". Boy am I glad I tried this jacket. It is now my favorite cold weather jacket. It is first of all, good looking and rather sleek, especially in black. Mainly I am impressed as it is incredibly warm despite being super light weight. And it is roomy enough to put layers underneath, making it adaptable to changing temperatures.
