Great Jacket
I’m not typically a LL bean customer and this is my first jacket of theirs. It’s a great product, very warm and feels like it’s already broken in. I’ve worn it in some pretty windy weather and it’s held up well despite its otherwise lightweight feeling.

Way boxy fit
I’ve been eyeing this for a while and finally caught it in stock and on sale. Materials feels good and style is great. I know many of these types of brands are known for a boxy fit and items like this are made for layering but this cut is not good at all for someone that’s….less than husky. Looots of extra room from the chest down. 6’2” 205lbs and it was too roomy from the chest down and too long.

I would have given this jacket 5 stars but the only minor drawback is the button snaps. They hold great but are a little small. Other than that it’s an excellent jacket. Highly recommended!

Best LL Bean shirt yet!
Each year my Mom would buy me a good LL Bean shirt. Now that she's gone I try to do the same. I also buy their shoes. This shirt is the really one of the best or the best I've gotten. The corduroy is thick and sturdy. Snaps work perfectly. It fits me like a glove. Nice side pockets. It's part shirt - part jacket with the nice lining and pockets. My wife complained when I slept in it one night. This is a shirt that will last 20 or 30 years. It's well worth it.

Disappointed
Really wanted to like this. Color wasn’t great (walnut is a good description, but it looked more mustard online). Snaps were fine (do t know what all the “snaps are too small fuss is about), and it was comfortable and warm, but the corduroy was surprisingly shiney (maybe better in after washing?) and this fit just didn’t fit me right. Tall May have worked better, but just didn’t hang right on me.

Snap buttons poor quality
The snap buttons are not quality, the middle snap came off the first week, very frustrating as I was out of the country in England and this was the only jacket I took with me. I really liked the look of this jacket and still do, but I now have to deal with sending it back. I have always been happy with the quality of clothing from LL Bean, this is the first time I have had an issue, others have complained about the same issue with these jackets; the snap buttons coming off, so if you purchase this item you may need to send back, In my opinion, jacket is not worth the price.

Too Thick for Its Own Good
It is a great looking shirt/jacket. I bought this as a gift for my husband and he thought he was really going to enjoy wearing it. Unfortunately, neither he nor I could get the snaps to work. The fabric is so thick that the snaps are buried in it, and there was no way that most of them would snap together. So it was returned.
