This Bright Vest Can Improve Your Safety
This time of year in Central Indiana it really gets dark. This vest helps me be seen on dark rainy nights while taking my dog out later in the evening. An added bonus is the fact it runs slightly large so I can slip it over my bulky coats. It also helps keep me dry. I am glad I purchased the vest and highly recommend buying one.

Sizing guide lists chest size which was fine. Since this is full zip they need to reference waist size in my opinion which they do no. Chest size was not issue, too small at waist. So going next size up not knowing if that will fit.

Making Yourself Visible in the Dark
I bought a hi-visibility vest to make myself visible to drivers when I am walking in the dark. I need to cross a number of busy city streets on my way home from work at night. So far, so good. I went up a size so that the vest fits easily over whatever else I am wearing. The two zipped pockets provide me with a secure place to carry my cell phone and other equipment.

Excellent visibility vest
I purchased this for my husband who power walks with me at night. This vest offers very high visibility for safety and added warmth. It has multiple pockets for a cell phone and other useful/necessary items. It's very lightweight and folds into a very compact size. The style is much more flattering and stylish than the more clunky 'utility' construction style vests available. The fit is just right unless one chooses to wear very thick puffy under clothing... if so I recommend you order the next size up for a more roomy fit. I recommend this product.

Well Constructed lightweight vest
Bought this for my husband for a windbreak layer. He’s worn it mountain biking several times and he loves it. It’s thin enough that he can roll it up and tuck in his jersey pocket. The bright color is good for hunting season and so his buddies can see him. He’s 6’3” with a long torso and it fits him well. It’s very well made. I ordered 4 vests for him and this was the only one we kept.

The vest is somewhat costly but fits my needs (biking and running in the dark) extremely well. Other such vests that I have found have been made of plastic which I have found to be insubstantial and noisy (because of the bouncing as you jog). Like most items have purchased from LLB, this vest seems to be very well made.

No Reflective property
I can't believe LL Bean would design this item with no reflective property. My wife and I bike at night and even when I follow her with good lights the garment hardly looks better than any other color. It needs reflective tape to be effective.
