Great jeans
Love these jeans. Great for thrashing through the pucks. I read other reviews and sized up like recommended. They're a little big but will be able to layer. I'm 5'3 and weigh 128 and ordered a size 12.

Nice quality, not enough stretch for thick & curvy
My husband insists on me getting briar pants to wear under my briar bibs for rabbit hunting. I'm 5 ft, thick & curvy and I absolutely hate having to buy too long men's pants in large waist sizes to fit my curvy thick hips and go over my large backside. I find that most women's hunting clothes are never true to size. A couple of months ago, I decided to order these in a size 20, I wear a 16 in all other brand of jeans. I could barely get them over my behind, so I definitely could not fasten them. I loss 15 lbs to be able to get into these, but they still aren't stretchy enough to lift my short legs without any resistance. They are better than the men's jeans I have, though.

A little short, but good quality
If these were available in a longer inseam, they might be perfect. I'm 5'6", and they barely reach my ankles. I normally wear a size 2 in jeans most places, and the 4 fits me well. They are comfy and feel well-made.

Very well constructed. Seems like they will hold up well. The Cordura leg portion comes up high for good protection in tall brush and the back cuff is reinforced for wear. The denim seems sturdy and not lightweight. It would be nice if they came in a longer inseam. Constructive criticism: runs small. I'm 5"6.5, 150lbs and between size 10-12. I bought a size 12 and they are very snug. Hopefully they don't shrink when washed. Definitely fits smaller than other llbean pants.

A good solution for vegetation with stickers
I like to walk along a creek that has some sticky undergrowth and these jeans make the trips a breeze. I bought my regular size (12 regular) and they fit well. I would recommend them.

Tight legs
These pants are well made, but way too tight in the legs to work when hiring in briars or rough terrain when you need to lift you legs up high. Hunting pants should not be snug, I sized up, but the waist is too big and the legs way too tight. I’ll stick with my hunting chaps.

Really great women’s upland hunting jeans!
I have worn these now for a couple of recent hunts and just today for opening pheasant in SD, they are extremely comfortable and no burrs or thorns. One thing I will caution about is the size. I usually wear a 6 and these run Small. So following previous reviews I ordered the size 10 (also 8 sold out) they are a tad big but today with thermals on they were great. If an 8 is ever available I will order again!

Stretch Briar Jeans
I tried two different sizes with these pants, both returned. The denim portion of the pants has some stretch, but not the briar portion. I would like briar pants to have room in them to walk through briar. Unless you're a thin legged woman, these pants will be too narrow. I bought them for my falconry hunting, which requires me to wade through blackberry in Oregon, cactus in the Southwest and briar in Texas. The tightness in the leg, would have made stepping through thorny brush difficult, so they were returned. I normally wear a size 10 in LLBean pants and 12 in LLBean jeans. As a side note, the LLBean mens briar pants I purchased have lots of leg room and are very comfortable wearing in dense brush.

Love them!
I love these pants for tromping through the woods looking for antlers, mushrooms, or upland hunting. A nice stretch and good protection from briars, etc. I am 5'11", they are a tiny bit short on me but I'm always wearing boots so I don't mind/notice. Honestly, I wear them around town, they look hip/nice.
