My new favorite. material is soft, pants feel light weight and waistband isn't too tight! so pleased these are offered in petite length....going to buy multiple pairs.

Great fit but not worth the terrible pilling
Let me start with the positives... These fit great and are super comfy. However, immediate pilling occurred after the first wear. I also bought a pair of these over a year ago, and the same exact thing happened. I liked them so dang much though that I reordered them after convincing myself it was a fluke. It was not... They are the only two pairs of pants I have ever owned that pilled. And it's not minor pilling either. It must be the fabric they use for these, which given the flattering style and comfy fit, is a real shame. As such, these pants are not worth $20 and certainly not $79. I cannot recommend them and have learned my lesson and will not be purchasing them again. I hope L.L. Bean will consider using a better fabric for these in the future because then they'd be amazing.

Super Comfortable Pants
I really like this pair of pants! As others have said, they are not like the regular Vista pants. They are much lighter fabric and are a slimmer fit (great for warmer weather). They are super comfortable and easy to wear for a casual look.

Like the pants but not the required Delicates wash
I have worn a pair of Vista pants for several years walking/hiking with my dogs and like the fit very much so I ordered a second pair. The blue color is nice and the slim-leg fits perfectly. My only complaint is WHY do you make pants made for active wear which have to be washed on the delicate cycle? This means I have to use one load of laundry for one pair of pants? Waste of money and bad for the environment.

Poor fit.
Bought Med. Waist is too loose & pulling up drawstring (which is stretchy) does not help. Thighs are also big. Tried on the small & the difference is too great. Too form fitting. The grade rule between S-M-LG needs to be less. The size jump is too great.
