Great Pants, but could use some improvement
These are my favorite pants; having replaced jeans for me, I wear them almost every day. The right-side pocket is just the right size to hold my iPhone, no need to hold it in a front pocket anymore. The left-side zippered pocket is nice for small items. The Velcro on the back pockets secure my wallet from pick-pocket thieves when travelling.
I have two requests for improvement: 1) The side phone pocket wears on the top edge, it needs to be reinforced, otherwise it frays, and 2) the pants should fit higher on the waist because they tend to pull down the underwear. Otherwise, please leave the design alone!

Great pants for hiking and travel
I own several pairs of lightweight hiking pants and needed a heavier pair for colder weather. The Riverton pants are ideal for me because they're sturdy and flex when needed. Plus, they look nice for traveling and casual dining. I like these pants and immediately bought a second pair.

Second pair. Durable and comfortable -- especially for long airplane flights. Back pockets seal with Velcro which makes quickly grabbing your wallet a tad difficult, but no concerns about losing it. Highly recommend.

Comfortable, Rugged and Versatile
I've worn the Riverton Pants for a couple of years and have several pairs. They are my go-to pants for environmental field work, outdoor recreation and casual dress. I appreciate many features, including the non-slanted (jeans style) deep front pockets and side cell phone pocket, as well as the articulated knees and gussetted crotch. While some folks don't appreciate the Velcro on the rear pocket flaps, I really like this feature, whereas I have piece of mind that the pockets' contents will stay put while roaming through woods, fields and trails. No pants are perfect, but these are close.
My only suggestion is that the pants be offered in a natural fit as well as the standard version.

Great pants
These pants fit me well. I'm 150 lb/5'11" and have the 32/32 size. I put one roll up on the pants legs to shorten them slightly. The side pocket is perfect for an iPhone. The color does fade a bit in the wash. I don't like velcro on pockets, though, so I remove the rough half of all the velcro closures. It's tedious to do, but worth it for me. I have two pairs of the tan and one of the dark. I like the colors.

Fifth Pocket
This pocket on the leg is almost perfect. The operative word is almost. It is one and a half (1 ½) inches too shallow to hold my iPhone securely.
Second caveat: great flaps on pockets -- the velcro is not necessary, it is only a hindrance.
