Turtleneck
My husband is 6'6" which is difficult to get sleeves and body long enough without the shirt being too wide. Llbean is the only place I can get his clothes from. These t-necks are soft, wash well, and last a long time staying in good condition.

I bought an LL Bean turtleneck 20+ years ago and it still fits great and hasn't shrunk at all. Needed a white colored one and they are still the best turtleneck ever. Easy care.

Woman shopping in menswear
Because L.L. Bean doesn’t believe that large size women wear their products, their women’s plus clothes are a little skimpy in fit and limited in selection. However, the men’s department has much better selection in this shirt is the first of my purchases in menswear. I’ll be back. It fit great. It was large enough. And the fabric was very soft.

Same comfort & quality as I remember 30 years ago
Soft, comfortable, well made. Fit great. Washes and wears well. 100% cotton wicks away moisture so much better than synthetic blends. I used to buy these Bean turtlenecks years ago and they lasted for years. So pleased to see that the quality is the same as I remember. I will definitely be ordering more. Hoping at some point a few more colours will be reintroduced, including a white or cream.

I wanted several colors of these shirts. They fit nicely and they are very comfortable. Just wish you had the other colors available. I only got the Grey one. I wanted the white, navy blue, and Black one as well.

GREAT T neck shirt
I have one I bought for my volunteer uniform during the 2002 Winter Olympics. Just last week, I noticed one of the sleeves had frayed. I guess I got my money's worth, having to replace it after only 23 years of wear! I may buy another! I am only 6 feet, but ordered the TALL for the extra sleeve length.

Great thing to have in your wardrobe
Exactly what I wanted.
The collar is long enough to fold down to whatever length preferred.
True to promised, it has not shrunk nor has it lost its shape after two washes.
The cotton fabric weave is ultra fine, super soft, medium weight and unlike any undershirt I’ve ever worn. Perfect for throwing a sports coat over and heading out.

Unshrinkable? Baloney!
Washed in cold water, delicate cycle. Dried on low heat, delicate cycle. Sleeve length shrank by 2”! Too bad there is no size small tall. That would probably work.

Neck is too large.
The body of the shirt was fine, however, the neck is too large and doesn’t fit snugly like other turtlenecks I have bought; rather, it’s very loose. I have a 15.5 neck (collar shirt) and I suspect this is for someone with a 17” neck.
