Fabric was thinner than I expected. That's okay - will enjoy wearing it on hot days too then.
Fit: I'd prefer if the rise were lower - I'd consider this closer to a high-rise. The pants are also looser around the waist and thighs than I'd hoped for.
Carbon Navy color is perfect!
LL Bean, if you make a 100% cotton option, and especially with a lower rise, I'll be all over it. And consider making smaller sizes! If there's a petite size range, there should also be "0" or "00" sizes!

Second pair..............
This is my second pair of cargo pants, and they're just as good as the first ones. They are my un-jeans for everyday wear. The sturdy canvas is double-stitched, and the side pockets lie flat and don't bulge. After washing, I take them out of the dryer damp and hand press them, so they don't need ironing unless I want them to look especially neat.

Nice but...
Overall the pants are comfortable and wash well. No shrinkage.
The pants run slightly big. I normally wear a size 4 however I had to size down as the legs and waist were too big.
Pockets are a bit small. My cell phone barely fits in the side pockets and does not fit in the back ones.

Very comfortable with Very useful Pockets
Women's Stretch Canvas Cargo Pants are very comfortable, with very useful pockets. I have had to order two sizes, because one size is a little too roomy, and the next size down is a little too snug. I will keep both sizes, and use the roomy ones for airplane travel and the snug ones for hikes. Unfortunately, they are different colors, even though I believe that I ordered both in the barley color. The 20 Petite, which I ordered first, is an easy-to-coordinate color, much like a more golden khaki; however the 18 Petite, which I ordered second, is a yellowish tan, distinctly darker, and is a more difficult to coordinate color. As I said, I'm keeping both because of the fit(s), but I may opt to order an 18P in a blue color. They wash well and don't seem to shrink, but they do get wrinkly when travelling and sitting all day. Overall, I'm satisfied with them.

I had ordered a size 4 P and they were over sized. So I ordered a 2P. I think they are MIs marked a size larger. Otherwise I really like the pants and the fabric.

My favorite pants!
I bought my first pair of these two years ago for work and unlike every other pair of pants I own they still haven’t torn in the thigh area. These pants are so light and comfortable, and they stretch plenty so I don’t feel restricted at all. I’ve since bought like four more pairs and I wear them all the time. My only gripe is that my phone wore a hole in the pocket, but I just patched it with some scrap fabric and haven’t had trouble since.

Too stretchy
Nice material. True to size. However I feel these stretch out too much upon wearing. Almost to the point I feel as if I look sloppy. Not the same as other cargos I have purchased from Bean. Purchased size 2 Reg...I'm 5'1 at 110 and bought for warehouse work and hiking.

perfect work pants
I have 3 pairs of these. They're great work pants for the garden. Comfortable and sturdy. I wish the thigh pocket was slightly large to comfortably fit my Iphone and the knee reinforcement was slightly heavier. I go through the knees in one season.

I like these enough to have bought a second pair. It’s hard to find a pair of cargo pants that are both sturdy and lightweight. I do wish they’d widen the leg just a little. The straight leg is okay but it could be a little more on trend.

These are great pants for working in the yard and garden. They are soft and slightly stretchy. I have found that they stretch out as the day goes by. The pair I bought in a size smaller than I usually wear fit me best. ( I have 3 pair). I recommend buying them snug. Don’t judge them as too small at first try on.

Great pants, waist extremely baggy
Purchased these as I have a hard time finding slim fit cargo pants, and these are a great fabric blend and seem to be well-made. They fit perfectly except in the waist. I purchased a size 2, and there is easily 3 inches of spare fabric in the waist. I’m going to see if I can get them tailored because these really would be great pants, but when I called and described it, the tailor told me there is so much extra fabric the pockets in the back might be too close together after and it might not work.
Overall I’m disappointed that LL Bean doesn’t seem to modulate the fit well for smaller sizes. 5’10”, 25-26” waist, 36-37” hips. Purchase the tall size 2.
