Too blousy
Too blousy, not very flattering. The swim shorts I bought a few years ago were more slimming and flattering. I am sorry to have lost my previous swim shorts, as well as my house, by fire.

They fit great, are well made and I find that the loose fabric floating around me is beyond distracting. (I use them for water aerobics.) Still deciding if I'll conyinue to use them.

Sturdy and flattering
I own three pair in each color. To be honest, I don't wear swimming, just before and after. They are not great wet. However, these are the best "shorts" I've ever had because they are super well made, look silky on, drape attractively, and are slightly longer than a lot of shorts on the market these days. I wear them with panties, but they do have the advantage of a nice inner panty that matches. Expensive perhaps and worth it.

I bought these shorts for a multi-day white water rafting trip. They are very comfortable and the fit is good. The only down side is they are not quick drying fabric.
