Design Failure
The shape of the lunchbox made it hard to fit into the matching backpack. My son, also, didn't like the strap. He said it looked like a purse. There was no clamp to attach it to the outside of the backpack either. So I returned it.

Disappointed with quality
I bought two of these for my grandchildren. They love them, however the handles have ripped and frayed on both. Quality is just not there. They still look new except for the handles.

Used once, handle pulled out on one side
Purchased July 17, 2023 - used once - handle pulled out. Have purchased many of these over the years from LLBean and other than getting soiled on the outside, they have lasted and lasted. Handle must not have been caught in correctly when it was sewed. Very disappointed! Previously I would have recommended this item, but not at this time.
