Top shrunk
I received these pajamas as a Christmas gift this year and loved them until I washed them. I was very careful and washed them in cold water on a gentle cycle and hung to dry. Now the length of the top is shorter and buttons on the chest are snug. Really disappointed.

Flannel pajamas
I bought these pajamas because I had another pair that I picked up at a thrift store for $5.99 and I liked them. So I went to your website to buy a second pair. I don't like the color of the pj's that I bought (they are too dark, navy and purple), but they were the only color available in my size other than a too light pair or a red plaid pair that wasnt availavle for 3 months, and that wasn't guaranteed. After I received them, i really didn't like the color, so I thought I would exchange them for the red plaid ones, but when I went back to your website, they were no longer available. So I was disappointed. The pajamas are warm and comfortable. Yet, they don't make me too hot when I am under the covers in bed. The fit isn't ideal. I wear a 3x. The pajamas could be a little roomier, especially the shirt. The sleeves are so narrow, I have to unbutton the button at the wrist, then roll the sleeves up 3 times to get them above my elbow to wash my hands or wash out my equipment. They should be bigger. It is hard to roll the sleeves up. And I don't have really large arms that I am trying to squeeze into too small pajamas. The price? With shipping, they were about $80 (with a 10% off first order coupon). I had to put together the monetary gifts of 3 people to be able to buy them. Normally, I wouldn't even entertain paying that much for a pair of pajamas, but I had that one pair that I liked, so I wanted another pair so I could alternate between them. In general your prices are outrageous. There are other things I wish I could afford like a flannel shirt, duck boots or maybe a raincoat, but just don't have the money to spend that much on your merchandise. It is good quality merchandise, but just way overpriced. But, I am glad I have these 2 pairs of pajamas, and I am sure they will last a long time.

Nice but the fabric is not as thick as pjs I bought several years ago. They do have pockets which is nice. Not thinking they are up to LLBEAN standards.

Thin flannel
The fabric that you’re using now is Thin and cheap. The collar won’t even stay popped up it’s so flimsy. The flannel pajama Set that I bought several years ago in Navy blue with white piping are still beautiful. The Buffalo check that I bought a couple of weeks ago leave a lot to be desired.

Best pajamas ever
These are worth the price. I’m 5’ 10.5”, have an inseam of 34” and weigh about 137. I get the XL for the arm length (LL Bean always seems to have sleeves that are too shortt). Love the fit and the pockets! I got a pair of these for Christmas and decided to get another pair. My favorite colors ate gone but I’ll settle. The quality is outstanding!

Mostly great except for the tags
Super cozy, only complaint is the tags are very itchy and sewn right into the pajamas so impossible to remove. So, I have to wear a shirt underneath, which isn't ideal. Also the inner fabric of the collar pops inside out frequently - I know they are pajamas, but still looks sloppy. Quality and of LL Bean has overall gone down over the years.

Flannel fabric not up to normal Bean standards
I purchased these pajamas in December but unfortunately I returned them to my local store yesterday. The fit and style were fine; I only buy pajamas that have pockets so they were perfect. They were returned because I was unhappy with the quality of the flannel. After only a few washings, the material was covered with pills. I have other flannel pajamas, from Bean and elsewhere, that didn't do this, even after being washed and worn for many years.

Comfy, cozy, wicked warm
These pajamas live up to their hype! Super comfortable, warm, roomy, and are holding up well so far. Can withstand sharp puppy teeth so that's a definite plus! I wish the buttons were bigger, but that's my only quibble. As someone who is on blood thinners and struggles to stay warm during the cold months, I will definitely order more of these!

These pajamas were disappointing after laundering, shrinkage resulted in a totally different fit than when received, also the cut was skimping on fabric. IMO, LL Bean’s standard of quality has diminished.

Soft but SHRINKS!
I want to buy flannel PJ's that don't shrink. These did - quite a bit. I bought Medium talls and they were a comfortable fit, but after washing, the sleeves became uncomfortably short. Also, I like a looser waistband that I can decide how snug with the ties. No ties needed! The waistband is uncomfortably snug. I usually love everything I get from
L.L.Bean but these PJ's are not one of them.

Warm winter pj’s
Best warm soft flannel pajamas evah! They fit perfectly with just a tiny bit more room which is great. They don’t pull on the shoulder seems when I toss and turn over in bed. Nice comfortable fit, and warm -which is what I was going after.
Have already recommended these to several friends.

Bought for sleeping and lounging.
Years ago, I used to buy occasionally from LL Bean when I was working. But now that I’m retired, and my dress code is much less formal, I buy 99% of all my clothes from LL Bean.

Poor Quality
I have had several pairs of Bean's flannel pajamas and wanted to try one of the newer colors. The pair I received a couple of weeks ago pilled within the first or second wear and despite washing, air drying and ironing, have pills every where. They are nothing like the pairs I have owned for years. Sadly I am returning and will not purchase another pair until Bean can bring back their old quality.

Love the cotton flannel, length, collar, pockets. I am a size S but upped to a M for more comfort. To me it's on the larger end for a M but it's fine.
