Great Wagon
I just bought this wagon 3 weeks ago and recently used it on a beach vacation. Because of its wide wheels, the wagon traversed through the sand with ease while carrying a lot of weight. It is also very spacious and rides easily and smoothly on roadways. There are several pockets and cup holders on the sides to secure your personal belongings and drinks. It also collapses and stores very easily. I highly recommend this product for a multitude of uses.

Broke after 5 uses
I bought this wagon from the Freeport store while on vacation. The wheel was a little squeaky, but we thought it just got some sand in it. It worked well to cart things to the beach, but once it was on sand it is really difficult to pull.
When we got it home, we used it twice to carry our 1 year old and some towels to the pool. The second time we used it, the plastic tread broke off of the tire.
The size of the cart is great, but rubber tires would make this better!

Weak Point Are The Wheels
Bought this maybe five years ago for the LL Bean quality and the large size. And it's a monster, to be sure, putting most other wagons that I've seen to shame. Rolls well on Texas beaches, for camping and for wheeling my volleyball and pickleball equipment back and forth. Everything is good except for the darn plastic wheels. Two of the rubber tracks (the blue lines in the middle of the tires) have cracked and broken and now one of the plastic tires has cracked down the middle, making it still usable but not something I'd trust with a heavy load. I'm looking for replacement rubber tires and am not happy about it. I might not have bought it if I'd known the tires were plastic, as many other wagons out there have rubber tires. Three stars.

Gotta Have a Beach Wagon
It’s big, carries all we need for a beach day and folds up neatly. 2 year old loves it. It works great on solid walkways, but requires about 3 people to pull and push it on a sandy beach (with or without a child in it). Dragging it 100 feet nearly killed us. I really think it’s worth it for LL Bean to go back to the drawing board on this. A passerby at the beach today saw us struggling so much with it and said, “LL Bean, tsk, tsk, tsk!”

Best model on the beach!
The wagon seems to work really well. I appreciate the extra-wide wheels that help it float a bit better in the sand. We still loaded it really full on our first outing, so it was tough to pull through loose sand, but with a more appropriate load I think it’d be perfect. On harder sand it was brilliant. Competitor’s models I saw on the beach had skinny tires and I thought that looked like a lot of work! Fits in our car’s hatch no problem. Great Wagon for Baby + Beach
Going to the Cape for 2 weeks and bought this wagon for our gear and 12m baby. My suggestion / question -- please consider having an add on canopy for sun protection, that would make it a full-on kid wagon. It is large, I'm not sure if this will be a farmers market type wagon, because it is a bit oversized but will be good for pool/lake/concerts/beach. Curious if anyone has any suggestions for for a canopy? Thanks, LL Bean!

Storage Suggestion
We have had this cart for about a year or so. We got it mainly to transport laundry from our apartment to the laundry room. My one pre-purchase suggestion is to get out your measuring tape and see just how big it is - it IS big. By the time I put my laundry, purse, soaps, reading material, and folding chair into it, it doesn't seem so big. For storage, we two elders can squeeze it up and put the cover on, but when just one of is doing it, I use the LLBean item Everyday Lightweight Tote to cover it - if I sit and squeeze the cart toward me, I can put this bag over it. Easy-peasy and it looks nice. Probably not good if you are transporting the cart, as the bag would most likely slip off, but for sitting in the corner, it works just fine.

One sturdy wagon!
This was the second wagon i have purchased, one for each of my grown children and their younsters. The wagon is quite sturdy and the wheels roll easily on pavement, gravel and sand. Their pre-schoolers are often in the wagon with all the beach equipment. Love the outside pockets where the snacks and drinks don’t get squashed in the interior of the wagon. Easily hosed down if dirty.

Very Difficult To Use On Sand
The wagon is so difficult to pull that we now empty it before getting to the sand. I don't understand how it can work so poorly considering it was made for the beach. Having everything contained helps keep us organized...so there's that.

Handy Little Wagon
We haven't had a chance to use the Wagon. It will be used to carry luggage to our room when we can't find a "trolly" at the hotel and for many other things. It is Sturdy, compact and will not take up much storage space at home or in the car. I would recommend this item to a friend..

Disappointing
It did not pull well in the sand. I think the wheels are a bit small. When I was pulling it in the sand, one of the bars attaching the steering pole broke. Used a week of duct tape to get it through vacation.

Tough to pull on beach
When fully loaded it was tough pulling the wagon on dry beach sand. The wheels should be bigger, so they don't sink into the sand as much. Partially loaded it was okay.
